Customers say
Customers find the lap desk works well and is not bad for the price. The size receives mixed feedback – while some say it’s big enough for a laptop and mouse, others find it too small. The stability and build quality are mixed, with some finding it sturdy while others report it falls at the slightest touch and isn’t well-built. The foldability is also mixed, with customers appreciating that it folds down flat for storage but noting that the legs collapse during use. The cup holders tend to pop out easily, affecting the overall sturdiness.

Comfort, Flexibility & Practicality — A Solid Choice
What I liked:The foldable legs make this tray extremely versatile — I used it tucked over my lap in bed, as a sofa table, and even propped up on the floor with ease.Adjustable angle/height (even if basic) gave me a more comfortable viewing position, which helped reduce the “looking down” strain I usually feel. Studies show lap desks like this can improve posture and comfort. It expands the space of my “work-from-bed / lounge” set-up: I could put my laptop plus a notebook and a drink beside it — which a plain blanket or couch arm doesn’t allow.Lightweight and portable enough to move from room to room — nice when I’m teaching from home then switching to evening reading. What I didn’t like:The surface feels a bit thin; if you’re putting a heavier laptop or leaning on it firmly, there was a slight wobble. When the tray is at higher height/angle settings, the stability on soft surfaces (bed, plush sofa) is not as firm as it is on hard surfaces. If the legs are fully extended, it takes up more space and needs more careful placement — I found myself adjusting more often than I expected.Overall:If you’re looking for a flexible, comfortable solution to use your laptop away from a desk — whether in bed, on the couch or on the floor — this tray is a very good value. It checks the boxes of mobility + adjustability + practicality. If your priority is ultra-premium build or working long hours in a very formal posture, you might consider a more specialized ergonomic unit. However, for casual work, reading, or lounging multitasking, I’m happy with it and would recommend.

Great price & great product for the money!
I always wanted a small tray/desk for my recliner & bed…First off, the price, before tax, was only $21.99 & the tray/desk is big, well-made, has a cup holder that’s just the right size to put a glass or a can inside of it, it has a spot for a pen, which is also great…My main goal for purchasing this was to use it when I have my sessions w/ my therapist online…as it’s the perfect size for my reliner & big enough for both my Chromebook, microphone & anything else I may need when I have my sessions w/ Dr.Brown …However, I’ve noticed it’s great to use when I’m in my bed too, & I don’t have to place my Chromebooks on my lap anymore which is also great …bc the deck is the perfect size, it’s not too short or to tall, it’s not heavy, it’s not cheaply made…it’s perfect & it’s a fantastic price, I’m glad I found it

Like the size, quality a bit lacking
I really like the size, and that the legs lock into place. The only thing is, the cup holder is so shallow, it’s not gonna stop anything from tipping over. Also, it came chipped and some plastic bits broken

Can’t recommend this for most people
So I grabbed this as more of an experiment that I’m trying out with more floor oriented items in my apartment in my apartment.Functionality wise it works, it’s really easy to clean, It’s comfortable although for the wrong reasons, and I’d say it’s really easy to setup and use.I don’t think however most people should get this as the design in itself is inherently flawed. The legs of the table itself were designed to be “rollable”, so if you’re using this on your bed or on the floor you can easily roll the desk towards you in order to get a better position for typing if you’re using a laptop. This functionality means however a couple of things you should be aware of if you’re buying the large unit with the cup holderBecause it rolls, it’s inherently unstable for anything other than the device you have your hands on directly. For a laptop this works because it makes it easier to get a better typing position, but if you’re using this to write into a notebook for example, your hands are going to be in a more awkward position to be able to write naturally because the desk wants to roll to you. You can simply move the desk closer to you, but if you have a shorter frame this may still feel awkward for these tasks. The legs also make it uncomfortable to use as a lap desk, but it’s servicable if you just need someone to quickly write something with. The roll nature also means you need to be extra cautious with drinks. I personally would only use the cup holder to put sealed small drinks for a 12-16oz cup of coffee kind of container. If the container is opened, the contents may spill out if your not careful. The tablet feature is also something that’s really only usable if you’re consuming a video, as it’d be awkward to use on the desk, and as with the drink may roll over on you as you position the device closer to you or be in an awkward position. For $20 dollars, I can look past these things, as I mainly grabbed this to see if I’d want to look to get a real fold able floor table down the line, so if I didn’t like it outside of issues with the unit itself, then I’d consider it down the line.

Handy
I love it I just had surgery and it’s extremely useful. The weight on it is light and it’s overall sturdy and useful

Good tray just to big
Just as described, but I should have got the small one. It says adjustable but I don’t see how you can adjust other than don’t unfold legs.

Good product but not sturdy.
Great for the price. I like the color and size. It’s also light weight. Once I got to use it, I noticed it’s not sturdy.Disappointing purchase but still worth keeping.
