Garlic Twister
[ MULTIFUNCTIONAL DESIGN ] All-in-one garlic chopper, garlic crusher & garlic mincer tool that can mince garlic, ginger, herbs, nuts, and more! Slice ginger into narrow discs before use for best results. See “Stir Fry” video for demonstration.
[ EASY TO USE ] “Smash” the garlic clove with this garlic grinder & twister to loosen the skin for peeling — this softens the clove, making twisting effortless. [Gather into Triangles] Twist side-to-side to form triangles for easy clean up and removal. See demo videos for example.
[ EFFICIENT MINCING ] Place 2–3 cloves inside garlic grater & twister and twist progressively to create finely minced bits mixed with natural garlic juices for full flavor in seconds.
[ VERSATILE & CONVENIENT ] Also great as a ginger grater and nut grinder. Perfect for herbs like basil, rosemary, and thyme — no more messy garlic presser or rockers!
[ MADE IN USA – PREMIUM QUALITY ] Patented design, BPA-free, and backed by a Lifetime Guarantee. Disclaimer: If you have wrist arthritis, this product may require more effort to use. Please read our FAQ below.
Customers say
Customers find the garlic press easy to clean, use, and appreciate that it works well with fresh ginger. The product is durable, with teeth that stand up to the work, and customers praise its quick performance, being able to mince 5-6 cloves in seconds. While many customers find it easier to remove the garlic, others report that it gets stuck in the crevasses.

Better than a garlic press.
I used it and it worked fine. The best part was the cleanup, easier than the garlic press.

Smashes fast but you lose out on the garlic liquid
Edit: changed review to 5 stars.I turn to this gadget frequently. I find it useful when you’re using for recipes that need 2-4 at a time. Best part is it’s easy clean up. Rinse under running water for a few seconds, a little twist or two with water and done. For mass garlic chopping, use something else.————I love garlic. So much so that I may or may not double up the garlic on every recipe. Since I use a lot of it, Im always looking for ways that reduce the time I spend on prepping them. Tried this gadget out a few months and these are the pros and cons for me, who uses a lot of garlic.Pros: It purées garlic in about 10 twists clockwise and counterclockwise. It’s quick and easy to clean. After I transfer the garlic out of the gadget I just run some water on it to rinse and lay it out on drying rack. Super easy clean up. I love this about it. It’s great for people who don’t like garlic chunks.Cons: garlic/ginger loses a lot of that garlic/ ginger liquid and seeps out the crack. Ginger lost a lot more liquid. It was harder to twist because of its hard stringy texture. When I tried to grind it down, I could visually see it squeezed out a lot of its liquids. I don’t like this idea because to me that means it’s losing its flavor. Only good for recipes with puréed garlic and since I pan fry a lot, I skip the gadget and use the classic method-Cutting board and knife. I can only pulverize 1-2 Garlic at a time. It’s best to have 3-4 pulverized to easily and cleanly scrape out the garlic. 1-2 garlic isn’t enough to come together in a nice clean scoop, some bits will be scattered in the gadget. Lastly, since I use a lot of garlic, it’s be more tedious for me to purée 3-4 at a time then scrape out and do the process again. Plus The cringe every time I lose the juices/flavor in the gadget. This is a great tool for someone who does not need a whole lot of garlic and doesn’t mind losing the juices. But if the recipe works better with chopped garlic or you just need a lot of garlic, consider a different gadget.

Replaced all my others
Been mincing fresh garlic 2 or3 days a week for years now, but randomly stumbled across this. Fully expected it not to work well, or snap the teeth, but… got it anyway, since I was never 100% thrilled with existing mincers. After 2 uses, I was dumbfounded at how much better this was. Minces 3x easier than my old squeeze grip mincers. Quicker to “load” Cloves too, and can use twice as many. Cloves STAYPUT and do not slide out mid-way thru. After some practice, you can adjust how “crushed” you want it as well- broken/minced/practicallypuree.After 1st week of uses, the back and forth grind motion became muscle memory; i spend more energy breaking open bulbs than mincing now, not the other way around.Warning tho- the outer “handles” used to grip it are **completely smooth**; there is no sandy coarseness or ridging carved in, to keep a good grip. Would be 5star if it did. I can grip/grind without much issue, but for anyone that struggles with hand/wrist issues, I wouldn’t exactly recommend it without one of those flat rubber jar assist openers or similar.Clearing the garlic out is fairly ok, I use either a spoon or a small silicone bowl scrapper.Cleaning doesn’t take much effort either- I’m a daily garlic mincer now (since.. its easy now) so I use a bristle brush under some warm tap water+detergent thru the week. Takes a whole minute to wash/dry and back on the counter for tomorrow’s use. Doesn’t retain any garlic smell either. I add it to the Dishwasher topshelf 1x week; no warping at all. Been thru ?a dozen+? cycles by now, seems legit.I’m a Garlic fan, I add it to dishes frequently, so… this goes on my Kitchen #MustHave List. Ginger mincing works “good” (but not great) for me as well, but not my primary use.Was about to buy a 2nd Garlictwister (for cycling usage, or eventually… travel :), but think I’ll wait for a Gen5; see if they add some grip along the “corners” or something. Or maybe… A CAP to store the other half of the bulb… found a bamboo lid rounded with a rubber ring that inserts perfectly (like a shallow cork) from a set of 200ml Borosilicate jars i have (EZOware? EVOware? Something like that)Would Buy Again. In a heartbeat. WILL buy another in the future.

Impressive invention
What an amazing invention!! It is so easy to use, especially because of my arthritic hands. It doesn’t take much to to crush what you need. They use quality and durable plastic. I highly recommend this garlic twister.

Best press ever
Wow – I have been on a years-long quest to find a garlic press that isn’t messy and doesn’t leave half the clove in the press. I found something similar to this a few years ago but it was three pieces and the press part collected water inside, so it was hand wash only. This press is the best ever – truly engineered to be quick, efficient, and easy to clean. Smash the clove with the bottom, the skin peels off, put it in the press and a few turns leaves two perfect triangles of ground garlic. Scoop out with a spoon with almost no waste and pop it in the dishwasher. The only slight negative I’ve found is that it works best with a couple cloves – large amounts are harder, but the process is so quick you can do two at a time. I read every review on this before buying, so here’s some feedback on previous reviews:1. Making the “triangles” to get the garlic out is very easy – just watch the video on the site if you need a visual guide2. This is a 4th gen version – comments comparing this to the 3rd gen said that the depression on the top piece collects water and the larger finger grips were not as good. I find the large grips very comfortable, and the water collection is not a problem if you put it in the dishwasher with that side down. I’m very happy with 4th gen.

The perfect Christmas culinary present! Top of the line garlic grinder, usable with ginger and other small spices. Lovely green glass. You won’t want to part with it unless you already have one yourself.

Bought this several months ago and now use it almost everyday. I threw out my other garlic mincers and exclusively use this one. It’s so easy to use. The first time it was hard to twist it a few times if use it loosened. I do use it for ginger but it doesn’t work as well as with garlic. Overall very great kitchen gadget to have around!

I have this purchase couple of years ago and still enjoy using it. I believe mine is the 1st generation and this one I just purchased is the latest generation which the design has improved. I brought this for my daughter as she has kept stealing mine to use. She loves it so much as this latest generation is even easier to use without using too much pressure to twist. My son-in-law comments that this is the best household gift for them!I did a research before I brought this just to avoid I have brought the copy one. This one is an authentic and has a promising result every time using it to grind !!!
