Fantastic; Far superior to my previous all-time best grinder.
I don’t do 5 star reviews. Anymore, people give a thing 5 stars if it merely holds together and seems to work. This thing is FANTASTIC!I had another H-B bean grinder in the 1980’s that lasted about 20 years. The base was not removeable and you had to turn it over and shake it to get the ground coffee into the lid and was basically un-cleanable.This one is basically the same thing, but it doesn’t require gymnatics, and you don’t have to use the lid as a vehicle for the grounds. The base comes out easily along with its contents, and that and the lid are advertised as dishwasher safe. Brilliant engineering, and shows all signs of long-life.

Perfect little coffee grinder-buy it!
Buy this coffee grinder! It is easy to use ,makes what I consider a near perfect grind ,dumps into basket or filter with little mess (some of these grinders are so wide it is difficult to pour the ground coffee without loosing some over the sides) also , no fine powder sifts through the lid and the base while grinding-I tried two other grinders with both leaving a fine coffee powder on the counter with every grind! I should also mention that my previous grinder was a Hamilton Beach that I used for over 20 years!! I cant say there are non better -BUT-I can say you cannot go wrong with this one.

Es pequeña y práctica, pero para moliendas mas gruesas (para prensa ó cold brew) la molienda no es pareja. Para moliendas finas (espresso ó mocka) es buena. Otra cosa es que se ensucia la mesa ó el lugar donde saques el café molido, mi consejo es no moler tanta cantidad para asegurarse que al quitar la tapa, no se caiga el café. En general está bien para el tamaño y el precio.It’s small and practical, but for coarser grinds (for french press or cold brew) the grind is not even enough. For fine grinds (espresso or mocka) it’s good. Another thing is that the table or the place where you get the ground coffee gets dirty, it doesn’t contain the grind very well when you’re gonna put in anothe jar. My advice is not to grind so much to make sure that when you remove the lid, the coffee doesn’t fall out. In general it is good for the size and price.

Easy, clean and great to take on road trips.
This unit really works great for grinding anything really small. Also I love how you can take the blade part out, in order to clean it thoroughly. And also I love that you can do chord control if you want to take the item with you on a road trip. I will definitely recommend this item to anyone who needs a very well made coffee grinder to use for their coffee.

Great investment
One of the best investments in my kitchen. I no longer have to purchase ground spices that are way more expensive. I can ground my cinnamon, cloves, allspice, my coffee, and I make my own flavored coffee with freshly ground spices. Compact and perfect for small batches, but it has power and it’s faat.

Cord is very stiff- short circuited after 8 months
After receiving this coffee grinder the first thing we noticed was that the cord is super stiff, you have to pull on it to kinda straighten it out so you can actually set the coffee grinder on the counter. Well after only 8 months the grinder short circuited and a flash of light came out the bottom because the cord split. After 8 months of grinding everyday and having to straighten the cord out it busted. Thank goodness a fire didn’t start or something. We realized the design of the grinder and how the cord could wrap up, the cord just needs to be more flexible. The cup where the blades are comes out too and that is nice for easy cleaning and putting grounds into the coffee pot. Definitely a bummer that it only lasted 8 months though

Liked the first one so much, that I bought another one.I like the removable ‘bowl’, and the ‘hidden’ cord storage. And, the grinder works great, too.[I tried the Black & Decker CBG110SC, to try something different (read: cheaper ;-). Yeah, no. Donated to a thrift store.]I still have the original six y.o. H-B grinder. But, sometimes it seems ‘tired’. Younger model awaits its call to duty. 😉

I bought this to start making my own cold brew coffee, and it works really well! This is the first coffee grinder I have ever bought and it was very easy for me to use and get the result I wanted! It’s not super loud, grinds up whole coffee beans with ease and the removable chamber makes it easier to clean. I do wish the cord was a little bit longer but I’m very happy with this coffee grinder.
