A ring of light
The equipment was easy to setup. The ring comes with 4 different light settings ranging from a high bright to a cool bright. My phone was placed in the holder which is apart of the stand allowing your hands to be free. I was able to take a video and photo with my phone on the stand by using the remote. This was a great convenience. The stand can be manipulated higher or lower depending on your preference. The quality of my photo and video came out very clear. This was a great buy.

I recommend this product for anyone who is enthusiastic about starting a photography project. It came in handy, sturdy & lightweight. It was easy to assemble. I dread putting things together but this one was simple short and concise. The pictures I shot for my bday were exceptional thanks to this little & mighty tool. Worth every penny, I will definitely purchase again as a gift to someone.

This is a good light. I got it for food videos and it works well. It’s nice and bright, you can change the rings, the grip on the phone is strong and it’s very adjustable.

Power Flicker , Phone Holder no bueno
So the light works great when its on but has a lose power cord or connection because it goes off or flickers if you bump into it. The phone holder is for a smaller phone. I had to stretch out to the widest it could go after taking off my case so that didn’t work so I just took it off. But if none of that was an issue I would give a 5 star. Maybe I just got a bad one…..?

What I love most about this product is the three legged tripod. It’s sturdy and has many height variations. The remote is also a handy feature and works great. The only complaint I have, and I’m wondering if it’s just me not knowing how to do it, is that the feature that allows the camera to tilt up and down seems to only go in one direction and the direction it tilts, is the incorrect direction.For example, if I want to record something I’m doing on my counter top and have the camera and light tilt down towards the counter, I can’t do that because it titles backward only. So the side of the ring light that doesn’t have light, is the side that tilts downward.I haven’t taken the time to really investigate this feature so it could just be me doing something wrong but look into it before buying.

It is quite bulky when set up, and the footprint is quite large when fully extended, however I quite enjoy using this piece of equipment when I need additional lighting.It’s good for the price I paid for it.
