I love it! The phone works perfectly fine , came with no issues , my only issue is it did have like 5 different updates avaliable an the battery life isn’t as good as my old phone, but it is still good enough to last me through work so I don’t care! Came with no scratches, was easy to setup, screen was in perfect condition and overall the phone is a 10/10 for me. Make sure to get a screen protecter as well to add extra protection!! I been using the phone for about a week now and it is just chefs kiss lol. I will update my review after a month ;))

HORRID SELLER, Fantastic phone. My phone started malfunctioning within a month, but seller refused to honor the Amazon Renewed Warranty.Fantastic phone, When I had to reluctantly, suddenly & unexpectedly upgrade my zflip 3 to a zflip 5 Renewed was my only option. I’m cost conscious & purchase most of my electronics from Amazon Renewed & have have been a very satisfied customer for around a decade. This was the 1st time I’ve encountered an untrustworthy seller. Basically they said “You received a product & that’s the only thing we guarantee. Your case is closed”I’m quite impressed with how useful the outer screen is. We couldn’t hold full conversations through text with the zflip 3 so this new upgrade was a fantastic surprise. I got the zflip 3 simply for aesthetics, but I’ve been thrilled with how useful this line is which is why I’d decided to only purchase flips from now on.

Great phone. But after a month I ended up with the screenholder . That’s around the screen came out. Compromising the phone. And Seller is stalling on the return.Seller continues to screw me over. I Returned the Faulty phone to them per Amazon. They received it back on August 5th. They continue to deny all issues with the garbage they sold me. The A to Z BS through Amazon is as big a Farse as this Seller. Im continuing the payment dispute as they have the faulty phone. Buyer’s Steer Clear of this Merchant. And as it turns out Amazon too.

Samsung z flip phone
This has been the best phone so far I have ever had! I was skeptical because of some of the negative reviews but honestly this is the most high tech nice phone i have ever owned! It does everything I wanted and more! The tiny screen in the front is my favorite part of this phone and also of course, being able to fold the phone in half. No issues with my Sim card I put it in and it instantly recognized my service plan. The folding capabilities are wonderful. I love how it folds for a more continent way of traveling with it, its so easy to use! It is just a beautiful phone. Get it and you won’t regret it. The only think I worry about is the folding part, idk how long it will hold up but we shall see. So far so good.

This phone wad something I was very excited to receive when I first purchased it. As soon as I got it I noticed that the sides are kind of flimsy and the crease is extremely noticeable but I never really cared much about the crease. The functionality of the phone is good, I’ve had no issues whatsoever so far. If you dont like how the phone has a screen on the back then this might not be the phone for you! The condition of the phone itself when it arrived was good, it’s important to note to be gentle with the front of the phone as it could get damaged with opening and closing it. Sound quality was just fine as was everything else. Overall I think it’s a good purchase.
