    Great Trail Camera
There are so many great things I can say about the Moultrie Edge 2. Setup was a breeze — it connected to the cellular network in minutes and started sending photos straight to my phone with zero hassle. The picture quality is super clear, both day and night, and the trigger speed is fast enough that I’m catching animals I used to miss. Battery life is solid too — I’ve had it running for weeks without needing to swap them out yet. One thing I really love is how reliable the connection is. Even in areas where my phone barely gets signal, this camera still manages to send photos through. Plus, the Moultrie app makes it easy to check everything from anywhere. If you’re looking for a dependable, easy-to-use trail cam that delivers great results without overcomplicating things, the Edge 2 is 100% worth it. Whether you’re scouting for hunting season, managing property, or just curious about what’s roaming your land — this camera does it all.

    Great for hunting or security
While this trail camera is meant for hunting and trails, it also has other use cases too! We will be using ours at a business we own to monitor the grounds and make sure that people aren’t coming onto the property. It was very easy to set up using the instructions that came in the box. The biggest downfall is that it takes 16 batteries, but it does work with just 8 as well. I would recommend putting one good set of rechargeable batteries in it.Once you receive it you can set it up using the QR code and app. You do need to purchase a subscription service plan to get any information or images. There are a couple different plan options. After that you’re all set. It works by connecting to your phone and sends you images or activity that it caught. The images are color accurate and it has good night vision. Thankfully we haven’t had much action in the area other than ourselves caught on it. Based on us going in front of it, it seems that the sensitivity is accurate too.So far I’m happy with the quality and the overall look of the camera. I did move it after this image to make it blend in a little more with the surroundings.

    Best camera
I’ve been testing out the Moultrie Edge 2 for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m impressed by how effortless it makes monitoring my outdoor space. The setup took just a few minutes — the auto-connect feature instantly found the best signal in my area without me having to mess with carriers. The picture quality is what really stood out. The 36MP photos are sharp and detailed, even at night, and the 1080p videos come through crystal clear with surprisingly good audio. I also love the wide 160° field of view — it catches movement I’d usually miss. The app integration is super smooth; I can check photos, videos, and even request on-demand shots right from my phone. The best part? The battery lasts much longer than I expected, even with frequent activity.Overall, this camera feels like the perfect mix of smart tech and simplicity. Whether you’re tracking wildlife, monitoring property, or just love having eyes on your land, the Moultrie Edge 2 is reliable, user-friendly, and totally worth it.

I Thoroughly Enjoy these Trail cameras!
Purchased these this year to step into the cellular cam world. I am definitely impressed! I don’t think I will be returning to traditional style cameras. Setting them up was very simple, just download the app and it is all self-explanatory, I had them both connected in minutes. I have them in the middle of the woods where I don’t even have that great of cell service on my phone, but I have zero issues with connectivity on the cameras. The picture quality of these is great, it takes awesome shots during day and night! They pick up motion very well, I had to adjust the settings on them to lower false triggers (but that was because I put one in a bad spot.) I since trimmed a branch and have no issues with false triggers. I like the ability to choose your picture quality; I lowered the resolution a tad to save battery life. So far, they have been in the woods for a month, and the battery is still going strong! I plan on purchasing the solar kit to go with the cameras in the future. I bought these when they were on sale, and I think they would still be a great deal even if they weren’t on sale. They are worth every penny, don’t hesitate to buy if you want good reliable cameras for a good price

  8. Amazon Customer

I am not very tech-savvy. I was not expecting this trail cam to be so easy to set up, connect and attach to a tree. I started with a 2 pack and just I purchased 2 more. Everything from the camera to the app has been a positive experience.

Absolute garbage, rarely gets photos of what’s eating feed pile, costumer service never answers phone instead they call you the next day while you’re at work. The batteries get drained all of a sudden in two days but no pictures… The on demand photo option rarely works. Yes I’m in good reception
