No frufru!
These look like tasty, nutritious recipes using normal food. It’s not full of crazy ingredients that cost a fortune only to rot in your pantry because you used it once. I hate that! I like that it has a box on each page listing prep time, cook time, serving size and number of servings the recipe makes. The nutritional info is great, although I do wish it included fiber count for those of us on keto. I think this is a great cookbook, especially for those of us who need uncomplicated, nutritious, easy to cook meals. Can’t wait to try them all!

I am sooooo excited to finally have Benjis book. I have been following him since the beginning of his weight loss journey and seeing how far he has come truly motivates me. I can’t wait to start the new year following these easy recipes. The pictures are so beautiful and detailed. Benji includes phenomenal tips like how to remain in calorie deficit and how to still be able to enjoy are the food you love. Great Cookbook!
There are so many great recipes that are tasty! The author of this cookbook has lost about 100 pounds and is fun to follow on social media. When his cookbook was released, I knew I needed to get it! The recipes are overall simple and easy to make. There is a variety of ideas that anyone can use when looking to clean up their eating habits. The ingredients are easy to find in the grocery store, so it isn’t a scavenger hunt for products.

Easy, simple, and delicious!
I’ve already tried many recipes in the book and they’ve all been sooo good! I love that the recipes are ACTUALLY simple and easy. These days it feels like those are relative descriptions but these are really truly SIMPLE – using simple ingredients, and EASY – I’ve been able to replicate a few without needing to check the recipe every step of the way. All without skimping out on flavor!Oh! And huuuge bonus- super kid friendly! My kids have loved the oatmeal pancakes, the chicken meatballs, and the pizza so far!They’re also filling and don’t feel diet-y. I also love that the recipes are easy to make for 1 or 2 people, since not everyone is cooking for a whole family, but still easy for me to double or quadruple without adding a ton of prep or cook time.I’ve literally been able to come home from work at 5:30p and prepped and cooked wholesome and delicious meals for my family by 6p.Time and health, are my most precious currencies and this recipe book really helps me save both! AMAZING food recipes
I love all of the recipes in this. The book is in great quality. I like that some of the recipes have pictures where others do not. I like the recipes that were chosen for this book. I think it was a great mixture of all the different types of food options. The recipes span from easy, to complex. But none that are not beginner friendly (just has more than a couple ingredients.) I personally have tried a lot of the recipes so far and have LOVED them. Cannot wait until he releases another cook book (hoping he does at least!)

Great recipes, easy to follow – I love the salmon tacos, the Korean chicken and the salmon, feta and broccoli recipes particularly but there are so many great ones ! I like that the servings are specified including the calories per serving so it helps with tracking whilst still eating good tasty food!

Incredible book, the images are so bright. The recipes are super easy to follow and not very unfamiliar, even being in Australia, it’s not hard to source the ingredients as they are common every day items. The recipes are healthy and delicious and I will definitely be reaching for this cookbook for inspo more often than not!!!
