This is one of the best tripods I ever had in its class. Despite the (lack of) weight, it is pretty sturdy and reaches eye-level length. It is best for lighter weight cameras, whether it is a photo camera (with a smaller lens) or video camera, as the panning is very smooth on this tripod.Main reason to buy this tripod is the light weight and compactness, which I need to traveling. I took it out for sunset photography today, the tripod is expanded in a pinch and ready for usage in seconds.It comes with a little level to ensure that the tripod head is level and a hook to make the tripod even more stabilized (handy for long shutter time shootings) and a grip for a tablet or phone.

Solid tripod. Fix the bag, please.
Knocking off one star because the bag strap broke off second time using it and I had to order a replacement. I now have my replacement and upon inspecting where the original one snapped off, I can see the stitching job is TERRIBLE. Thankfully I’m good at sewing and will give this another stitch to secure the strap to the actual bag. I know for sure it will snap again. I like to have gadgets like this in a to-go bag so this is actually an important element for me. As far as the tripod goes, great quality for the price. The head is a little stiff and hard to move up and down but I record content for work and my kids sports games so not totally necessary, personally. Doesn’t weigh much but still sturdy and won’t knock over if there’s a gust of wind. Very easy to carry around.

I’m not as mobile as I once was. Because of this, I use tripods, a lot!I needed a nice, solid, flexible full-sized tripod and this tripod looked like a good choice.In the carton you’ll find the tripod and accessories in a nice nylon carrying bag with a shoulder strap.The tripod fully collapsed to about 16” high with no accessories attached. It weighs under three pounds and because of the ingenious trapezoidal legs it is less than three inches in diameter. It has a standard camera mounting screw and a bubble level at the top. The extension tube is enclosed and easy to adjust and lock. There is a hook at the bottom of the tube enclosure to hang a weight for added stability.The five segment legs are easy to adjust. The cam locking system is easy to use with one hand and locks the legs securely in place.Included, you will find: two mounts that will attach to any standard camera. The control head uses a quick-release cam system that provides a solid stable attachment. These mounts are very low profile, and you could leave them mounted to your camera during handheld use.In the photo you can see the phone holder. This is a compact, lightweight tripod that is suitable for DSLRs and phones, making it great for beginners and pros. It includes a phone/ tablet bracket which can be mounted onto either one of the two included 1/4 inch quick release mounts – the other can be reserved for your camera for a quick swap onto the tripod. Stability is ensured by the easy to deploy legs, swivel rubber feet, and a weight hook. The tripod has built-in levels and guide numbers, all connected to a pretty smooth-function swivel head that allows for precise and level shots. This swivel head has a function that let’s you go from landscape to portrait with one movement without having to remove the mounted device which comes in handy. At its max height it is taller than most typical door frames. When folded up, it can easily be placed in the side pocket of any bag with a water bottle holder or even a small camera bag with straps. This tripod offers excellent value for money, so I would recommend it.

Solid stance, good unit. Had to super glue the rotating part as it was constantly coming loose. Once glued it has been swiveling beautifully. The up/down is a bit stiff but I have been happy with this purchase. Carrying case is great and fits my other gear well. Great in comparison to the ‘pro’ store models
