They Screwed Me Big Time!
☆STAY AWAY FROM TOTAL WIRELESS☆I have been a customer of Total Wireless for 15 years. We have 3 phones and are on autopay. I switched my SIM card to this phone. When my bill came due, they took the money out of my bank account for 3 phones, then shut 2 of them off. I spent HOURS talking to Total Wireless customer service. They cannot turn my other 2 phones on and they refuse to refund my money!!!
