Awesome gaming chair!
I’ve never owned a gaming chair before but this is awesome! It has a built in massage cushion as well as a footrest. The massager really works and it feels amazing. Easy to adjust to the height you want it at. Super high quality and durable. It was fairly easy to put together. It says it has Bluetooth also, but I’m not sure how to do it and it wasn’t in the User manual. If anyone can help with the Bluetooth issue, I’d appreciate it.

The chair broken less than 6 months I purchased it in June it was broken in November! When I purchased the chair it was more expensive than $200 and I’m kind of pissed!

I love my chair and so does everyone at my job. They are trying to take it from me. I needed something to go with my desk organization and it matched perfectly. And I’m always at my desk I need comfort and the massage is a bonus

Nice design, but poorly executed.
First of all, this HOFFREE Gaming Chair is very easy to put together, and in spite of the various parts. When assembled, the chair generally looks good. The shape of the chair provides support for the back and neck and head(especially if you use the optional headrest). The challenge here is that the build feels cheapish, weak and wobbly, even after proper installation. This is especially disappointing because it is being marketed as a chair for big and tall people.This chair has a sort of faux leather covering, and the padding of the seat is not super thick, but it is comfortable on the seat, but a bit thin on the back side and armrests. The chair comes with a sort of lumbar massage pillow which is a nice niche touch I think, but the pillow can’t be attached to the chair. That is, it sits on the chair loosely. On the plus side, the massage pillow has a long USB cable which gives you some leeway as far as connecting the massage pillow to a power source (Note: the pillow has just one massage speed and pattern).One of the biggest disappointments of this chair has to be the footrest. The connecting rods are short and thin and flimsy, and so when you pull out the foot rest , it does not extend reasonably far outward(note that this chair is being marketed for big and tall people). Also, when you rest your legs on the footrest, the footrest bends a bit forward–sturdier connecting rods could have solved this.Then, there is the matter of the seat height. At the highest setting, if you’re about six feet or more, you’d have to seat on this with your legs slightly bent. The seat doesn’t exceed past 22 or so inches.There are so many quirks with this thing.Bottomline: the design of the chair is excellent, especially considering, lumbar, back and neck support, but the execution of the design is weak. This chair is passable if you’re not big and tall, but if you are big and tall, you probably would be better off looking elsewhere.

So comfortable
This chair is so comfortable and it’s very nice to sit in it for hours if needed. The massage feature is absolutely amazing as well. Definitely worth the price.

Faulty welds on main structure
All visible welds separated due to lack of penetration to metal. The weld in some areas do not even completely connect two pieces of metal. Gravity just made Slag from weld drape over a piece and does not even complete the weld. These faults would have been an easy Quality control correction instead make for an unsafe chair that could fall apart at anytime risking limb and life.
