Hanes Underwear is not like it used to be
I have been wearing Hanes underwear since I was a teenager. Although I went from bikini cut to full briefs in that span of 50 years Hanes was my everyday underwear of choice. I never had a complaint since they wore well, fit well and washed well. However, the new order I just received was disappointing. First I noticed how much thinner the material was, next I noticed that the waist band was thinner and the seam quality was not there like it used to be. I had my Hanes underwear for 7 years and it is still in good shape. I doubt if these will last a year. Shame on you Hanes after 125 years of a tried and true quality product you have cheapened the quality of it.

Good underwear at an extremely reasonable price
Due to some reviews, I was apprehensive to order these. But, because the price was so inexpensive, I decided to, anyway. I am very happy that I did. They are high wasted (which I wanted) and very comfortable. They fit true to size. They are a little thinner than this brand used to be, but again, for the price, well worth it for me.

i ordered a size 8, size guide on amazon for this item tells me i am ordering a normal size 8 (uk) item arrives and they say size 8 but are huge, check the sizing at back of pack and size 8 for these pants are size 14-16, far too big and cannot be returned, waste of money

When these arrived, I tried them on to make sure they fit. The fit seemed fine. Then I washed and dried them and now they could not be more uncomfortable. The bands around the legs are digging into me and they’re actually difficult to pull on and off. The material feels really stiff and — although I didn’t buy them for their seamlessness — the visible lines are really bad, mostly because they’re digging into me. I am consistently a small size in everything and I bought a small but they have no give or stretch at all.
