Great Purchase
I was very skeptical in buying a refurbished phone and also not willing to pay $1200 for the iPhone 16 pro max but I must say, this phone is indeed in an excellent condition. The battery health was at 97 when I received it. Haven’t had any issues so far. However, I saw a tiny scratch on the screen, which I don’t mind as it is very difficult to notice. Plus the screen protector has made this scratch invisible. Camera works great, the phone feels very light and it looks very very clean. This is my first ever iPhone and I am glad I bought it from this seller. Overall for a refurbished phone, I will give this product a 9/10.

Memory upgrade
Great replacement with upgraded memory capacity, but my old phone case with a screen protector wasn’t working properly and so I removed the glass screen protector carefully and everything seems to be fine.

Refurbished always iffy
Took a chance on Refurbished since it is $120 cheaper than open box.I ended up having to go with open box. The refurbished phone had problems with the touch screen as soon as I opened it. It looks brand new but had problems right away.Refurbished are hit or miss. Open box might be more expensive but def worth it.

I have no complaints with this equipment the truth, I’ve been using it for a while and everything is excellent. Came with 98% battery. It didn’t bring dents or scratches. Although the battery capacity decreased to 87% in 9 months of use.

My iPhone 15 Pro Max works just fine, the battery’s health was something I was worried about as it came with 89 percentage.The screen has a small scratch, however I just installed the screen protector which makes it invisible.Easy to set up, right color and its appearance is perfect just the battery health I think the minimum should be 90%

I can’t believe this – I had to transfer my physical sim because it came WITHOUT a sim tray, only to find out I couldn’t activate my dual sims because 1 IMEI is still locked to a US provider (Boost Mobile) and I’m in Canada. Upon calling Boost directly, they said the phone was still on a plan and they could not help me, or remove the lock on the IMEI. I now don’t have a phone or phone number I can use when I return this to Amazon. I’m basically WITHOUT a phone. Thanks a bunch guys. I would have given you 1 star – if the phone was in bad condition, but it’s good. Thanks for making this a most PAINFUL experience and suck all the joy out of receiving a new iPhone.

Phone came in pristine condition. No micro scratches. Came with a screen protector already added on, cable and brick. The cable is a generic one, which is to be expected when buying refurbished/renewed. Everything works in good order. Overall happy with my purchase.
