This is a great-tasting product. I don’t think it is very high in real probiotics, so if you’re looking for that, I would recommend taking an actual supplement. The outside is a tangy, sweet yogurt and the inside a sort of gummy berry texture. Good if you want something sweet but don’t want to eat candy.
