Looks good and works smoothly
Good looking and high quality product. Water flows smoothly and sensor works flawlessly, turning the water on and off quickly. The hose within the faucet is connected to the water dispenser to prevent leaking. Not cheap, but worth it.

So far, so good!
We love this faucet. It looks great, works great, and it was easy to install. We have much better water pressure with this faucet than the faucet we had. The only thing I would complain about is any water you get on it or the base leaves spots when it dries, but that’s just nit picking. Overall, I am very happy with the faucet. I do feel it’s a good value for the money. It was less expensive on Amazon than our local hardware store. I would recommend.

Great faucet!
I love this faucet! I had an American Standard for only a year before it started leaking! It took several months of trouble-shooting it before I finally called in a plumber. He said it actually was caused by a faulty design up inside the interior so that every time I pulled the faucet head from the faucet, it would rub against a piece of metal that wore a spot in the hose that could not even be fixed or replaced (a new hose would not solve the problem because the sharp metal piece it rubs against cannot be replaced). He said I would have to get a new faucet! I asked him if he could recommend one, and he said “Moen.” So, this is the one I got. This one is great! I don’t anticipate any leaking issues. I saw that some of the reviews here mention that the faucet drips several drops of water after turning the faucet off. So, asked my plumber about it, and he said that all Moens do that because of the way they are designed. The mechanism that shuts the water off in most faucets is located right behind the nozzle, whereas in a Moen it’s located at the base of the faucet where it’s attached to the deck of the sink. He says it will stop momentarily. He’s right, and it no longer bothers me.The other thing I wanted to mention is that my kitchen faucets in the past have always had a “pause” feature because I really got used to having that option. But, they’re not very common (American Standard was the only one I could find on Amazon that had it). This Moen faucet does not have the pause feature, which I do miss. HOWEVER, this Moen does have a power boost feature, which I’ve never had before. And, I have to be honest, I’m finding that I’m using power boost much more than I ever the pause. So, now I’m so happy with the Moen and the power boost that I really don’t miss the pause feature anymore, and if I ever had to choose again between “pause” and “power boost,” I would choose “power boost.”Hope that helps!

Its way handier than we ever would have thought.
Installed in June 2020 and waited to write the review to get some milage on it. Installation was fairly simple (as it ever is jammed in a cabinet under a sink…) as we were doing a kitchen remodel and had stubbed out power and water beforehand. Read lots of reviews on this and similar units and ended up going with the Moen based on batching together reviews from various platforms and then scoring on our own scale coupled with a coin toss. Saw a trend around issues that pointed toward the battery system so we went ahead and bought the AC adapter. My experience has taught me electronics are finicky when they voltages drops so we went ahead and purchased this: “Pwr AC Adapter for Moen Motionsense Kitchen Faucet 163712 169031 177565 Power Supply – UL Listed Extra Long 6.7 Ft Cord fits 7594 7594E 7594ORB 7594EWORB 7185E 7565E 87350E 7594ESRS 87350ESRS”. Which BTW is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. I understand why this is an option but it still bugged me I had to shell out the extra bucks. Anyway with the AC adapter the unit has worked well. The top sensor requires a slowwww wave of the hand ( I so impatient) but operation is consistent and repeatable. It takes a little bit of time for temp to change when you adjust manual handle but I guess that is subjective. I like that if turned on and left unattended, it will shut itself off after a period of time. The front (intermittent) sensor works well and will turn on and “get you” unexpectedly but you quickly learn its quirks. My wife enjoyed it immensely when I was touching up the caulk around the back splash tile, nserted my head under the faucet, and … Just a note if you lose power to the house the faucet will not work. I suppose that is one advantage to the battery pack system. Our water quality isn’t horrible but deposits can build up after some time. We’ve had this unit operating for about 6 months and have not encountered any issues with clogged filters or water volume/flow diminishing as of yet.Update May 1st 2023. I’m adding an update because most reviews don’t give you information on longevity. This is my way of paying it forward. The faucet is still running great. As aforementioned we use a plug in versions and avoided battery pack. All sensors still working and no leaks or issues even with our less than perfect water quality (it’s a little hard not terrible). So we’d def buy again and feel we’ve gotten our money’s worth at this point.Update September 27, 2024: Faucet still operating well and no issues with fit, form, presentation, or function.

Excelente producto.

This Moen faucet (which was made in the U.S. and shipped to Amazon Germany) is equipped with U.S. standard-type threaded 3/8″ compression water connectors. These are NOT compatible with European water connector standards, so the water connections to the faucet cannot be accomplished. Also, adapters are virtually impossible to locate in Europe. Amazon Spain does not convey this info on their purchase page.

Bought this for my new laundry room sink after a bit of a renovation. Works well and I like the ability to turn it on and off without touching anything with potentially dirty hands from gardening. I also like the ability to switch from a regular flow to high intensity spray

Excelente terminado. Se limpia con facilidad no dejando marcas por las gotas de agua. Muy practico que sea con sensor de movimiento además de su apertura manual.
