Comfortable, Sturdy Chair
I had a mesh chair that gave me no comfort or support. The Hannah II appeared to be what I needed. I did not need a footrest or multiple recline lock positions. What I needed was a solid-built chair, with back and neck/shoulder support, and a comfortable seat. This chair provides all of that. I like the slight recline feature with pressure adjustability. But I really like the back support, which has proven to be beyond other chairs I have tried. My only disagreement with other reviews is the ease of assembly. The base now requires assembly with 5 arms to be bolted to a center hub with ten bolts. This was not insurmountable, then the rest of assembly was as I’ve seen in previous chairs. I love the fabric and padding and hope it is durable. It swivels well, and the recline adjustments work great. I recommend buying this chair if you want a no-frills, but comfortable, sturdy chair.

Good chair, comfortable, nice fabric
Chair was easy to assemble per the usual office chair assembly routine. Nothing complicated or weird about it. I really like the fabric on this chair a lot – it is much nicer than the microsuede whatever fabric that doesn’t breath at all. This seems nice and durable and easy to clean and won’t immediately show small snags from my cats’ claws.Chair seems sturdy and comfortable. Back support could be better but this isn’t a deluxe chair so I didn’t expect much anyway.

Best chair ever!!!
This is my 3rd Serta chair. The one in my office lasted about 5 years till all the fake leather fell off everywhere, but it was sooo comfy. I put covers over it. No more fake leather for me! So I got a grey velvet one for my deer stand. And when finally decided to replace one on my office – they had PINK VELVET!!!! They don’t call it velvet but that’s essentially what it feels like. I love love love my new pink chair!!! Replaced the wheels with the roller blade type wheels and I zoom around the office! Best chair ever!

I ordered 3 of these.The adjuster for them are all different. As in leans back easier on one more than the other. No matter how much I tried adjusting them for comfort, I couldn’t get them right.I’m stuck with them for now but I hate these.Comfort is alright, better than sitting on wood.

Comfortable and cute
Got this chair to replace a more expensive one from Ashley furniture that broke due to bad construction. This chair is well made, rolls easily and is super cute!

This chair is not microfiber.
I kept the chair even though the fabric is not microfiber. I know what microfiber looks like because I sold furniture for 23 years. The seat is not as soft as I thought it would be and it doesn’t have lumbar support. I would have preferred microfiber because it would have been easier to clean. The color is nice. Who wants to disassemble a chair and send it back. I really think the should give me a discount because of the wrong description.

The padding has a firmness that speaks of a long life ahead of it and still squishes under me.Assembly went relatively smooth even as a one person team.The base cap was broken in the box, but I usually toss that anyway as it is purely decor or is covering bad welds; this chairs structure is sleek and nice looking so the cap is not covering any blemishes in any case.
