Really good flavor, it’s nice and subtle, and floral. Others have said they get cramps when they drink this. I did experience cramps the first time I drank it but then that was it. I no longer experience cramps. It also may be crucial to follow the instructions where it says to drink after your last meal of the day. That can possibly make a difference. But so far I feel great. Not a lot of bloating. I’ve lost three pounds but I’ve also simultaneously eat well.

I gotta say that this tea tastes really good!!! HOWEVER, prepare yourself to make multiple runs to the bathroom because OH MY GOODNESS, this tea cleans you out to where you definitely start dripping in weight if you drink it every day/night. I would drink this tea at night right before before because if you drink it in the morning when you wake up before work or something, you will not be able to function throughout the day with how many times you will be running to the restroom! I love this tea. I plan on buying more with how much weight ive already lost this week. It starts to work really fast.

This is one of my favorite weight loss hacks to get the gut miving I definitely recommend two out of 10, but it does take about 12 hours for it to work to take in the morning if you want to do direction at night and take that night if you want to use the restroom early and have nowhere to be

It’s okay..
The taste is good and will definitely help get rid of bloat. However, it may upset your stomach. It says to drink after your last meal. Every time I have, I’ve woken up in the middle of the night with intense stomach pain and diarrhea.The instructions clearly say to stop use if that happens. I didn’t follow instructions thinking my gut would adjust to it.. nope. Never adjusted. If you wanna suffer a little and wake up to a flat stomach, go for it.

uncertain on what to rate it so ill give it 4. First off i bought 2 boxes with snap. Today is my first day and I’ve already been to the restroom multiple times .. i was woken up at 9 am with cramps and the urge to use the restroom.. its only 1 pm, other reviews compared it to smooth move but that never did anything for me and it tasted horrible.. this will DEFINITELY make it fly out and it barely has a taste in my opinion. it also has already took away the bloating that i had.. i wont drink it everyday just because of how long i was in the restroom each time and how many times ive gone so far. but to each their own, hope this helps

Will put you in the hospital.
At first this tea was working and doing its job. The next thing I knew I was having severe stomach cramping and was puking my guts out. I had diarrhea a fever and I didn’t understand what was going on. Turns out this tea inflamed my appendix giving me appendicitis. I ended up going to the hospital having to get it removed. I do not recommend this tea at all.
