Quality, well made item that’s a bit overpriced
I ordered this for my 2-year-old granddaughter. The set is really very nice. I have several other Fisher-Price wooden food sets, and they are always a good quality that lasts through years of heavy play. This set comes with a wooden pot with lid, a ladle and a spoon, several flat, wooden vegetables, and a cardboard box of chicken broth. First, the little cardboard box will be ruined in 2.8 seconds of play by any child under the age of 7. It’s not needed and is not the same durable quality as the rest of the set. The vegetables fit nicely in the pot, but are difficult to remove using the utensils. It’s definitely a fun little set that my granddaughter loves to play with. However, at $27 at the time of review, I think the set is a little overpriced. There are other Fisher-Price sets that are more engaging for that amount of money. If you could get this set for less than $20, then it would be worth the cost. Have bought as a gift, so hasn’t been used yet, but it appears to be a lovely little play set, well made, very cute, and great value for money as I got it on pre day!
