Super product…built to last
I love FastRacks. I now have about 10 of them, and I am one happy brewer. I only have a single gripe, and that’s about the lack of a rack made specifically for the shorter bottles (such as Sierra Nevada bottles), which are a tad wider because of their shorter height. If would be nice if FastRack made the overall footprint just a bit wider to accommodate either short bottles with their extra width, or taller bottles with normal width. As it is, they still fit, but not as well as the taller bottles. But, that’s a small problem as long as I stack the short ones on one rack, and the longer, more common bottles on another. Otherwise, this is an excellent product that I’ll continue to use. Very sturdy, works great, and I’ll probably still have them and be using them twenty years from now. They’re that solid. I just wish they were a bit cheaper, and were sold in 5-packs to bring the price down a bit.

These don’t work for swing top bottles.
The ‘can’ be used for swing tops, but that requires removing the bail and cork each time. Since I’m brewing kombucha and kefir water, both requiring a top that won’t end up embedded in the ceiling from being launched ahead of three fourths of the product in the bottle, bail tops are what I’m using. It works wonders for straight neck bottles without the bails, so this one I have won’t go to waste. Always glad to pass on the bounty to others and someone somewhere is brewing beer. This is a sturdy storage unit, arrived promptly, and would have been top notch if not for the above mentioned issue. Correct it so the swing tops can be used in it and I’ll be buying that as soon as it hits the market. Extra points if it’s also bottom rack dishwasher safe!

Almost perfect
Smooth joints and slick plastic make it easy to keep clean. It’s nice and heavy so it won’t tip over. The only negative is that there’s no notches in the four corners where it sits on the countertop. This allows water to collect as it can’t drain out. I’ll probably cut some in myself.

I should have purchased this long ago. Purchased the tray and 2 racks to sanitize 48 12 oz. bottles. Takes up less space than a bottle tree and bottles dry quicker. Nothing contacts the inside of the bottles. Great product.

Keeps bottles disinfected
I bought this rack to help me dry my 4 and 8 oz bottles used for vanilla extract after disinfecting them. It took a few days to make sure they were dry inside (I propped the rack up slightly on one side to let a fan/air get underneath), but it worked great. The easiest part of the whole process!

Really convenient
As a homebrewer, I’m constantly washing up used, empty bottles; or sanitizing them and filling them. This is a great, simple product. I keep it on top of a towel on the counter next to the sink, and when I get around to washing up yesterday’s empties I just scrub them out and stick them in the FastRack. On bottling day, I submerge the bottles in no-rinse sanitizer, sanitize the rack, then put the bottles back in the rack to drip dry. It’s also handy for laying out sanitized tubing, spigots, racking canes, etc. to dry. Obviously, for a five-gallon batch, you’ll need two or three to use them this way — but the price is right, so why not? Finally, the rack is made to hold 24 typical American 12-ounce bottles (either longneck or shortneck); you can also use it for half-liter bottles but you have to stagger them, meaning there is not room for 24. It’s a really simple product, but it’s sturdy, easy to sanitize, and cheaper than a bottle tree.

Fichtrement pratique pour faire sécher les bouteilles. Certaines formes de bouteilles sont inadaptées : par exemple les goudales 33cl ont le cou long et fin, donc elles s’enfoncent trop profondément et touchent le plan (donc sèchent moins bien)

These Fast-Rack products are so good that I came back to buy a second one!The build quality is very robust, and it was so simple and efficient to use.It made bottling a bit of a blast 🍻And they are a perfect fit for the 64L (Really Useful Boxes)As picturedI didn’t find them especially effective for stacking, but that was because I was using recycled beer bottles, with slightly different sizes.So I can’t comment on wine bottles. But given how affordable, and easy this system works, I’d have thought they would be great.And the fact that you can run them through the Dishwasher, certainly is a massive help on the hygiene front. 👍⭐
