I’ve seen chefs using similar tools on YouTube and tv to help crumble meat in a skillet. I finally broke down and bought one. (I was always happy with my spatula)I founds this easier to use. I cannot live without this kitchen tool. My last few housemates have asked me where I got it (I normally buy it for them as a parting gift – that’s what this one was)! It separates the meat as your are moving it around in the pan. The meat literally crumbles in half the time and it is very sturdy and won’t melt. Easy enough to clean. No more poking for 20 minutes straight with a spoon trying to break up the meat! EXCELLENT!

Fantastic for breaking up mince meat when cooking – wish I had known about this item sooner. Price is right too. Even my husband used and liked it and he isn’t one for trying new items I purchase:). Don’t find it so great for mashing potatoes I will stay with my potato masher. But this is hands down the best item for mince meat – highly recommend.
