With pipetape all in for 50.00. Two estimates 985.00 and 1900.00 from plumbers. I have zero plumbing experience. Watched some YouTube and went slow. Don’t crossthread, use pipetape and start on water knob then the water spout then the next water knob. Attach hoses in a S pattern. I had no leaks. And I saved a ton of money 💰. Reccomend

My son just replaced the garden tub faucet in our 1990 Mobile Home. There is a huge difference between the old ones and the new ones. He was switching from metal to plastic. It took him a while to get these not to leak. It is a tight fit where he was working and he is a big guy, very broad shoulders. Once he got them took back off and straightened out they worked amazing. If they are not put on totally straight they will leak. Hopefully these will last a long time. The others lasted 34 years. I’m not sure what to expect from the plastic, my son said the quality is good. I’m giving it a 4 stars because it’s made of plastic and I’m not sure about the durability compared to the original metal ones.

So far so good.. easy to install, everything included that was needed other than some plumbers tape. I used my old hoses cause the new ones were fresh and stiff and so new ones leaked at connections I’m guessing causing of the bending putting pressure on it. cause my setup kind packed in a corner(knobs and spout are literally side by side and touch on my tub). But that’s on me. Product was perfect and simple. Cheaper and easier than a trip to Home Depot. Shipping was super quick too!!!
