This is an extremely versatile little light. It has adjustable brightness and color-temp settings, plus the option to shine or flash in a variety of colors. The included clip is adjustable and tilts, so you can attach it to the front or back of your phone, or really anything the clip fits, like laptops or props.My favorite part is the mounting flexibility. A friend of mine who’s a photographer pointed out that it has both a standard ¼” screw hole and a camera shoe mount (literally means nothing to me but how fancy!), so you can put it on a tripod or use it with standard camera gear. Once tightened, it stays fixed and sturdy. Despite its brightness, it’s compact and lightweight enough to be useful in a lot of situations from selfies to a photo booth setup at a party, or even as an emergency light on a small shoot.It’s rechargeable via USB-C, which is great, but the battery life is only about an hour in my experience. That’s really short, though I suspect it’s to prevent overheating. For casual use, that’s fine, but for longer shoots or events you’ll want backup power.Overall, the build quality and versatility make this worth the price, but just be prepared for frequent recharging.

Just about the most important thing in photography is lighting. The word means light-writing! Even when you think the lighting is good, it is often the case that it can be improved, especially with bright sunshine that casts harsh shadows. Fill-lighting is the solution to this.This is an absolutely wonderful and extremely versatile fill/selfie light. It has adjustable brightness and color-temperature settings and can even be set to shine or flash a variety of colors. Besides all that it can be attached with the included adjustable/tilting clip to the front or back of your phone – or anything else the clip will fit on. Or you can mount it on a tripod as it has a standard ¼” screwhole on one edge OR on a standard camera shoe with the receptacle for that on another edge. There are of course no contacts on this device. It does not “talk” to the camera of off-camera device through a hot shoe. So of course a cold shoe works great and I have even mounted it on the cold shoe receptacle on the side of another light. This device is small enough and light enough, despite its brightness, to be used in many different configurations and situations. AND it’s rechargeable with a standard USB-C port and shines quite a long time – easily more than an hour – when fully charged. Held in the hand it’s a great flashlight. It could also be used for a video or facetime call.The build seems very solid, standard good-quality materials, nothing to get easily broken. It comes with a USB A to C charging cable but no charging block. If you plug it into a power bank during use it’s going to last and last and last. And at $16.99 it’s priced much better than many similar products.

Its light weight
This is a selfie light. It’s light weight, and not large. You can stick it on a laptop, a web cam, a phone, tripod, or a camera. I wanted to try it on a desk top tripod. It shines with a normal light, and you can change the colors to a different look for the space. It has a clip to clip onto your device. It comes with a c-cable for charging, and a hot shoe for screwing into other devices that it can fit onto. I haven’t actually set it up on the tripod as of yet. I did try it on my phone and it worked just fine without falling off while holding it in my hand. I would recommend you getting this selfie stick for all your streaming needs.
