Our old containers were made of plastic and although functional, not healthy for us. These glass ones are so much better and are very functional. They can go into the freezer, microwave and dishwasher while maintaining their integrity. This is a great assortment of sizes for all kinds of things including leftovers and main dishes for our small family. They are really easy to clean, even when they have had red sauces or baked on cheese and the lids are very tight; I sometime have to put the container in my lunch box sideways and am never afraid of it leaking. This was a great price and great quality. Some of our grown children have even asked for some for Christmas!

I lost a lot of lids to my current set and needed new replacements. Saw that this set came with a variety of sizes which is perfect. They felt sturdy and the top clips on the glass easily. They are dishwasher safe as well.

Made for real life
These glass food storage containers are the best, I use them for literally all my leftovers. I’m big on economizing on food so we use leftovers for a couple days and I will freeze the rest for quick, later meals. These transition from freezer to fridge and vice versa. I heat my leftovers directly in the in the microwave. I could even use the glass portion in the oven. They work for all these things. They are dishwasher safe and clean up beautifully, leaving no smells or tastes to impart into later food. The lids are leak proof and I have used them to bring lunch to work in my lunch bag. I don’t intentionally toss it in on its side or anything but they get sloshed around and I’ve never had a leak. I feel like these are made for real life, great for wet or dry food.

I bought the glass storage containers due to my growing concern over consumption of micro plastics. With these, I can cook and reheat food. Great wedding gift
Quit buying those cheap throw-away containers from you-know-who — these are so much better. They are sturdy, their lids actually stay on tight, and they don’t stain as easily. They stack nice in the cupboard and in the fridge. Also are great for wedding gifts for people just starting out too.
