14 months and the wireless adapter dies . A $38 part but it was under the Asurion warranty program. That was mistake number 2. 18 days since the claim was filed and still no status on the computer.Had it not been under warranty I’d have changed it myself in 3 hours.All Asurion can say is it’s still be diagnosed.Major disgust with the lack of a customer service program
