Fantastic anti-inflammatory
This is such an amazing anti-inflammatory. Serving size is four pills, which I spread over a 24 hour period. My joints are much happier. Also, I have MS, and this makes a notable and pretty immediate difference with a particularly painful inflammation issue.

More bioavailable plant based calcium product!
Great plant based way to get a more bioavailable calcium supplement. Don’t forget to take this with vitamin D3 (this comes with D2) and vitamin K2 (MK-7) as you need to take both to increase the absorption of calcium into your bones and teeth.

this is the best calcium you can buy
Red mineral calcium is the best and most absorbable calcium you can buy. It is very pricey normally, but NOW brand vitamins and supplements has a calcium I can afford. I have always used calcium. and magnesium together and have never broken a bone. I’m 83. Not that I’ve used red mineral calcium always, but since I was 35 I have taken a calcium supplement to avoid osteopenia, The RX for osteoporosis is hard on your stomach, so I began taking supplements when I was approaching middle age. ( I’m female. if you haven’t guessed) I do recommend NOW brand. I use their other supplements as well. They are of a good quality, and are reasonably priced.

Calcium complex from algae at a good price!
I didnt rate it 5 yet as I only have had 1. However its hard to find a reasonably priced calcium from algae. After I have a chance to finish this I will reevaluate.

Easily accessible
I bought VegLife calcium/magnesium for many years but when it was no longer available, I looked for another source. This has worked well. Same formula. Price good.

Just be careful the Vitamin D2 ingredient is meant hypoparathyroidism (underactive parathyroid glands) so is different from Vitamin D3 although is voted #1 Top rated.
