Cheap, not in a good way
Honestly, this is a large pile of junk. Shame on Minolta for even putting this single digit MP camera out(NOT 48MP as advertised). Photos are awful, cheaply made, I did not get close to water as I’m sure it would have leaked through the battery door. I shoot professionally and thought this may be a little camera for snapshots at the beach, ummmm, no.

Disappointed: very poor quality for “name brand” camera over $100
This camera is unbelievably cheaply/poorly made. It doesn’t even feel as good as a toy. Expected a little more from a “name brand” camera that’s over $100. It seems no better than the super cheap ($30-$40) little waterproof digital cameras you can get at wallymart. And replacement/extra rechargeable batteries proved to be impossible to find. Minolta was no help. Even the battery that came with the camera is some no-brand generic cheap knock-off kind of battery. Cheap Li-Ion rechargeable batteries are dangerous! And this has no battery charger: battery must be charged inside the camera.I needed waterproof for a trip. I have no idea if this one would be waterproof., but given the overall poor quality, I wouldn’t risk it.Got this as a back up camera for the trip, but ended up ordering something else.

En proceso. Aun me falta la prueba de fuego.
La verdad dude mucho para comprar esta cámara. Pero es muy liviana, tiene buenos terminados. La llevare al avistamiento de ballenas y a mi regreso les cuento.

Minolta sold its trademark in 2017 to JMM Lee Properties
Thank you lougasp. Per Wikipedia: In 2017, Konica Minolta sold the Minolta trademark to JMM Lee Properties, which licensed it to Elite brands for line of digital cameras, camcorders, and dashcams.

    Minolta Stopped Making Cameras
Beware! Minolta stopped making digital cameras in 2006, begging the question, who really makes this camera?
