Great for portable laptop monitors
I have a two Asus MB168B 15.6” portable laptop monitors that I needed to haul on a long trip. The monitors come with a decent case that doubles as a stand but the case has some horizontal flex to it.I looked at about 5 other off-brand, “semi-hard” cases and none of them came close to this pelican in terms of rigid protection vs.bulk. The case holds the monitors perfectly and protects the bezel- some of the other cases fit so tightly that the bezel was against the case zipper.It is also pretty stiff, I jammed it and two laptops into an osprey bag along with the power brick and the iPad stands I use for the screens, the case actually improves the rigidity of the pack.As you can see from the photos I added a bit of foam just to make sure the screens don’t somehow bump against each other. I also wrap the metal usb/proprietary video cable plug ends in a microfiber cloth to make sure they don’t scratch the screens.There are not a lot of options out there for portable screen cases, and this case fits these screens perfectly, so a screen that is a mm wider might be too wide, but up to 2-3 mm taller might work.Would also work for a single laptop and a single screen.

Great case
I’ve been using this case for about a year now and really like it. I don’t know if it would hold up to a big fall, but it definitely keeps the laptop decently safe, especially from scratches, dust and other environmental factors. I would highly recommend but I would also say you’ll need to add it in a backpack with extra cushion to protect against falls/impact

Durable case to protect your laptop
I bought this case for the purpose of protecting my expensive laptop. I have a 17” laptop and it fits like a glove. It has two nice straps on the inside to help keep it secure so it doesn’t wiggle around inside. The zipper seems very heavy duty and hasn’t given me any issues. The outside is semi hard and I believe will help protect it from an undesirable drop. The inside has a nice oversized pocket to keep cords tucked away. The case itself is lightweight with a simple and not flashy appearance.

I needed a hard shell laptop case, without handles, that could hold everything I’d need for a 24hr shift. I have purchased several other cases over the last couple of years, and have been disappointed.I’ve been using this for several months now and I’ve been extremely pleased with it. It has held up well to being tossed around ambulances and fire engines. It looks great, the zipper is robust, and the elastic strap is way more useful than you’d think. I was able to move from a messenger bag to this case.What I keep inside: M1 MacBook Air, iPad mini 6, large Anker battery pack, several charging cables, Anker 100w brick, two Campus notebooks, about fifteen pages of various documents, pill organizer, and a prayer book.It holds everything well, with room to spare. I’ve dropped it from waist height several times without any damage to the case or items inside.I wipe it down each shift with Sani-Cloth (purple top) wipes, a very strong alcohol/ammonia germicide, and it’s shown no signs of fading or wear.

Perfect for protecting laptops or monitors
Wasn’t sure about this being worth the price point but it’s worth it. Got it to protect a portable monitor. It has a little mesh pocket inside the case for cords and has a hard shell to protect thin monitors or laptops. My 16 inch monitor fits well and has some wiggle room, but it has strong velcro straps inside to keep everything in place.
