Would recommend!
I really like this! I use it to work and eat on my bed (I’m in college dorms, it’s gross, I know). It works like a charm and folds into an easily storagable size! The only issue I have is sometimes if I move, the leg will cave in. I wish it had a locking mechanism, like a button you push to fold it down! Buuuut, it is good for the price! I will continue using it and will probably not get a new one or anything.

Sturdy, all-around cool desk
I’ve had this desk for a few months, and it’s held up really well. The wood is sanded so it’s nice and smooth, the little drawer is nice (esp to put papers in that u forget are in there after a few months lol), it’s just a good desk, I’m planning to keep it for years to come.

Pretty, but impractical
I really wanted to like and use this lap desk but so far have not found the right arrangement to make it a comfortable option for reading books or working on my laptop.I received my first one as a gift but had to return it because the table was deeply scratched, the easel wouldn’t shut, and the legs didn’t work. It looked like the desk which had been used and returned by a previous customer before being shipped to me.The second desk arrived as advertised – all working parts and no scratches – so I began putting it to use but after four weeks have not found the right setup. After a few attempts with the easel I gave up using that feature because the shelf didn’t feel secure enough to hold my laptop or deep enough to hold open books. I use the desk now as a flat surface and often with the legs folded so I don’t have to worry about them collapsing on me. The drawer isn’t deep or wide enough for real storage so I don’t use it. I keep experimenting thinking I’ll find a good combination, but so far no arrangement has worked. Overall, it’s pretty, but impractical.

Well,…..I really wanted to like this! I saw a few reviews on them and decided to take a chance on it because it was a good deal and looked pretty good. I was going to use it for my MacBook Pro and for reading textbooks on while on the couch and for the occasional meal.First one arrives, and the little bumper to keep your laptop/book/etc from sliding into your lap was really wobbly. Didn’t seem super sturdy but my needs were not for super sturdy. I got the tray up and it was okay, but the edges were a little splintery and the drawer so small it cannot fit two flat highlighters (you know the Sharpie Clear View ones? So flat!) So I ordered another one that was delivered the next day.Same thing with the bumper thing, but the fit was more snug. I decided to give it a try with reading on the couch with a soft cover textbook that weighs about 5 lbs max. I read for about 25 mins. then when I went to put the tilt thing down, I noticed it wouldn’t go quite flat. Then I saw the HUGE crack on the part of the table that remains flat. Then I discovered that that part of the table started to wobble, and the table would not have all four legs on the floor at the same time. Less than an hour and the thing is broken irretrievably and it’s not like I did wild stuff on it or had a kid or dog using it.So, two different ones and both were just bad. Yes it’s a good price, but not a good product.I just purchased this one, and it’s easily 200% better and you can actually fit stuff in the drawer!! Brilliant little laptop stand, I use daily for work and means I can sit on a comfy armchair with my laptop over me knee, variable heights for the stand and handy space for my mouse on the right, limited to right hand mouse use if you’re elevating the stand as the laptop wedge is on one side but that doesn’t affect me!

I really like this laptop holder. It’s a good size without being unwieldy and it looks neat and tidy. Being able to adjust the angle of the laptop is helpful. There is a removable edge that you can rest the laptop on to stop it slipping. This can help or hinder. Depending on the angle it can get in the way but as it can be easily removed (leaving 2 small grommet holes) it is not a big issue.
