I’ve been searching for comfortable casual/dressy pants for work for a while, and I had such high hopes on these Lee straight leg mid rise pants. The current trend of high waist pants are uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how well these fit: they’re tailored and professional looking yet casual at the same time. They are the perfect length for which I was searching, to wear with loafers on days I don’t wish to wear high heels. They’re fitted, comfortable and stylish but unfortunately they are too tight in the buttocks with a dental floss look from behind. I’ll be returning them. For reference, I’m 5’4”, 110 lbs. and I ordered the size 2. The fawn color is a good neutral shade.

Love Lee, but…
I love Lee pants because they fit well, can be dressed up or down and are well constructed. BUT they are inconsistent with their inseams. When I order a long inseam, I will get either a 31” or 33”. Also, this particular pair, gray, are several shades darker than what is shown. I really wanted a light gray as shown for summer. Color is usually consistent, but not this time.

Great fit and comfy
My goals were a bit different than others – I’m an electrician and I really needed cooler pants to work in with some stretch. These are amazing. For others – I would totally happily wear these to the office as well, but I’m using them for having to walk and climb and crawl all day. I did buy several as I don’t expect they are going to be as good as tougher pants for such things, but so far they are holding up well. They are a little long for me as they are designed for at least a low heel, but they’ll do. I’m hippy, and it’s nice to have pants that fit my waist and hips! I’m 5’4, 138lbs and the size 6 fits great. waist is 29-30 hips are like 35-36. They are tight enough to be flattering, but loose enough that they don’t look super tight (the size 4 were too tight and not as comfy) Oh, one other thing – I already own the khaki/beige ones, and colors do have an effect on comfort. They are actually a touch more comfy than the black. I recommend!

LOVE these pants! Bought in every color
These pants are fantastic. They fit perfectly, look flattering and appropriate for work. I have been struggling to find pants that aren’t pull on with fake pockets and such. So many pants out there are just modified yoga pants and show every imperfection. These really are shaping! They are a bit stretchy but have REAL pockets, buttons and a zipper. They are structured but have lots of stretch and the material is smooth. The finish has just the slightest hint of sheen without being shiny at all. I am 5’5″ and got the petite because I have shorter legs in proportion to torso. They are exactly the right length. I came back and ordered them in every color. I wish they had more color selection, because I’d buy those too!

I took a chance on these because they came in longer lengths. I am 5’10 with 34″ inseam and currently wear a 30-31 jean. I initially ordered the 12 and they were too big and saggy. The waist fit ok but I took the chance and ordered the size 10 Long. These fit perfectly and are a great straight-leg pant without looking too frumpy. Soft stretchy material and comfortable waistband. They sit just below my belly button. Not super high but not super low. I will order the grey as well; the only other one available in 10Long.

Though these pants are a poor second to the houndstooth fabric, it’s disgraceful that despite other reviewers reporting the same issue, the glue used on the size label that’s adhered to the front of the pants should have been addressed. I had to soak in white vinegar to remove the glue prior to wearing.

Perfection. The trousers are excellent quality. I feel very comfortable when wearing them as they have some stretch but also enough support to smooth out your figure. The fabric is tough but it has a nice sheen to it. The front pockets are deep enough to store keys, iPhone, cards etc.

I bought the nocturnal first and loved the fit and colour. Went back and purchased the light fawn and it was not the same vibe. The fawn was stiff and felt like factory issued work pants. Strange. I’m 5’2, ~125lbs and purchased 4short in both.
