Very comfortable; heel is rubber. I already have this boot style in brown from a past year. I came back for another pair in different color. Great quality and the first pair has proven they are durable through Upstate NY winters.

These are a dream
I am very picky with my footwear. I do not like to be uncomfortable at all. I’m a chronic Birkenstock wearer. I wear UGGs. Brooks Tennis shoes, I wear Dansko for work for the last 20 years. I’ll pay extra and even double for comfort.These do not disappoint. I wore them on my first trip to Mexico City bearing that my usual go to’s may be a bit too casual. You could wear them all day comfortably while looking stylish. They go very well dressed down with my jeans. Or dressed up with pants; and probably great with a midi dress.They’re very comfortable, the suede very nice on the feet. I didn’t have any problem with grip, even across freshly washed sidewalks in the morning. I’m super happy with these, I thought for sure they weren’t going to fit the bill in my very limited high-expectation shoe collection – but they did! I’m Looking forward to getting a black pair next year.

Stiff and small
Super cute but two different sizes ran small and the material was not as soft and pliable as I’d like; very stiff.

Snug
Ankle boots are cute although they are a little lower than I like. I would have preferred if they were just above my ankle. That being said they were also a bit tight. I always wear a size 7 comfortably but these were snug. Since they are not genuine leather I did not think they would give/conform to my foot with wear and would be uncomfortable after an hour or two… So I returned them.. Dr Scholls used to be so much better.

Beautiful boot; but didn’t fit
I gave this 4 stars ONLY because it doesn’t t fit people with high inset and arches. Otherwise, it is a stunning bootie… I woul suggest going to a larger size if you have wider feet/ high arches and high insteps.

I was not expecting them to look so goodAnd as a regular wearer of m&S foot glove shoes this are incredibly comfortableI am a size 7.5 and the size 8 fits perfectly!Really happy what a bargain!

The boots not only look great – they are very comfortable! Good arch support and wide enough for my feet. Purchased them as a “going out” boot but I wear them more often than that. I recommend.
