while now and I’m really impressed. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which makes them much more convenient compared to other multivitamins I’ve tried. Minis are small and easy to swallow, even for seniors.
The Centrum minis are small and easy to swallow! They have the basic vitamins and some minerals too. You need to take two a day. My husband can swallow these, unlike the big ones. Contains 21 mcg. of selenium and 1000 IU of D-3, so beware of combining with other supplements that have selenium or D-3 or any other vitamins or minerals that might cause an overdose. You CAN have too much of a good thing. If you’re a healthy eater, and just want to cover your bases to be safe, these are actually a pretty thorough combo!

I’m over 50 and have been taking these for about a year now. They are small and very affective. After a few weeks I could feel the difference in my energy levels. I cant say enough about these vitamins. I feel better but Just do not take on a empty stomach.

Ok, i am glad that they gave me a product with enough time to consume, unlike others here in the reviews. First time to try centrum for 50+ men, time will tell if it’s good. My original multivitamins are sold out, and have to wait for them to bring back into stock

This medicine delivered on May 7 2023 with expiry date of July 2023 only about 80 days. The bottle has 280 capsule. Am I supposed to eat the whole bottle now?
