These minerals are a no-fuss solution if you are looking to try (or are curious) about adding them into your supplement plan. We usually just splash a capful or so into our water (usually after strenuous work), or we add roughly 1/4 – 1/3 cup into a jug and drink it throughout the day for a more continuous supply.If you feel water doesn’t “hydrate” you after you drink, this might be your solution! Unflavored is what we typically buy, it has a slight mineral taste, but nothing offensive. The raspberry is also good, it covers up the natural taste of the minerals and works well in your “everything” supplement beverage/shake (we all have those, right?).After trying many other mineral brands, this one is the winner solely for its simplicity. No fancy branding. No crazy flavor options. Just minerals.

Great alternative to more expensive brands!
A friend recommended another brand and I tried it and it was fine, but the price kept on going up. Therefore, I searched for something else and came upon NOW Colloidal Minerals and found them to work just as well, for less. The raspberry taste is very pleasant as well. Helps significantly with staying hydrated!This is a great product for a reasonable price, but like everything these days, the price seems to be going up. I will continue to purchase if NOW keeps the price reasonable. I would definitely recommend giving this product a try!

I was tired all the time and wondering if I had thyroid issues when my friend said she wondered that too once, but then found this product. She said it gave her all kinds of energy.Well I felt it the first day. Within a week it had begun to kick in, and if I skip a day, boy do I notice now 6 months later.I feel if I keep up with it I may get like my friend who is so high energy the Energizer bunny looks like a slacker.I’ll take that risk.And now I see what our modern farming techniques have taken from us! We should be getting all this from food. Hearing what people did in ancient days like walking many miles or living long spans or many other things seemingly beyond the standard person’s ability now.If wed had this our whole lives, even just this, from our food, since birth, what would our lives be like?Maybe you think I exaggerate but try it and see if you stop feeling so crappy.I recommend it in some kind of juice or smoothie, yes it has a noticeable taste, not bad, but not good in coffee.Well worth the price. Better health better you!! Again it’s about the minerals you don’t have in you or what you eat!! Read about it and but at least 3 bottles you only need a capful a day !! First thing in the morning is the best time! It’s slightly a bile taste that’s why I suggest just after waking up because your taste buds are still HOHUM!! lol my hair and nails are stronger and longer also GREAT FOR BONE PAIN LIKE ARTHRITIS which is why I started!!!

I needed some trace minerals and cane across this. I love the price and the line up of minerals. I especially like that it has copper and silver, as most don’t contain those elements. I notice a difference in my gut and overall energy when i take it regularly. This bottle lasted me about 2 months. I would purchase this again.

Not the best delivery for fulvic acid
I started using the “colloidal mineral” liquid supplements, of which this NOW brand is probably the best I tried, but never had any real results after 3 or 4 months of supplementing. If you look at what you are consuming here, they are all fulvic acid in water. Rather than using this type of product and having it take up room in my refrigerator for months, I switched to fulvic humic acid drops which only takes up the room of a 2oz bottle in the refrigerator. Not only that, the combination of fulvic and humic acid has done wonders for my digestion, which indicates that it is actually doing something. The NOW brand was the best of the colloidal minerals in this form that I tried, which is why I gave it 3 stars, but my advice is switch to the fulvic humic acid drops for both convenience, price, and effectiveness. Amazon sells lots of them. If in doubt read up on the damage caused by glyphosate, GMOs, and factory farming on our gut biomes. Both fulvic and humic acid are your friends.

Really very good, easy to mix in your smoothie, juice or greens; trace minerals are abso important for every body function, and it is the deficiency or imbalance of these, that cause almost every ailment or disease. Take care of your trace minerals, and you’ll have a sound immune system. This particular product is of all the right mix n combo….
