I ordered the chocolate I’m not understanding why the negative reviews about the chocolate, it’s good just add some extract or Mexican Vanilla Blend, with ice yum, yum good. I will try next time adding one scoop of vanilla Slimfast with one scoop of the chocolate Slimfast. But what you see in the pictures that’s everything I use and it makes a very large cup taste so dang good very filling for literally 4 hours. The chia seeds makes the timing longer too (not feeling hungry) Yesterday I put super seeds instead of chia seeds, but both makes timing of not feeling hungry longer. Hope i helped.What i used in the chocolate flavor: 1cup of Silk Vanilla Almond Milk (unsweetened) 1 cup of water, 2 or 3 tablespoons of Mexican Vanilla Blend (until your satisfied with the taste there’s 0 calories in Mexican Vanilla Blend) few drops of Almond extract (be careful with it it’s too potent) a few drops of Banana Extract, pinch or two of the nutmeg and pumpkin spice, ice cubes (how ever many that’ll satisfy you) i used 12 ice cubes lol, 2 scoops of chocolate Slimfast, 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds.Update 11/18/2024: I actually stay full for 4 hours. Mmmm very impressive ;)Really taste good, doesn’t have that weird taste like the ones pre made. As soon as my delivery arrived i started creating…lol,I messed up the first batch by adding the chia seeds while blending everything together for one minute including ice cubes. It made an awful texture like small lil chunks, I thought it was just crushed ice so i tasted it and ewe ewe I poured it down the drain and just started making 2 more, this time I put 1 cup of unsweetened Almond milk in one blender cup with 6 to 7 ice cubes, 1/2 teaspoon of Mexican Vanilla Blend (It taste so, so freaking good) 1 scoop of Slimfast powder, I blend it all together for one minute… After blending i added a 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds (stir in)… Ok so in the other cup I used 1 cup of water, 4 to 5 ice cubes, 1/2 teaspoon of Mexican Vanilla Blend, a dab or 2 of Banana Extract (I made just a lil small hole on top of the bottle so it doesn’t pour fast) and 1 scoop of Slimfast powder, few pinches of nutmeg and pumpkin spice, blend for 1 minute on crush ice the taste was delicious.. i ended up just pouring both cups together then i added 3 ice cubes and blend again for a few seconds. And that’s that :)I wouldn’t make two scoops in one cup everyday it was just for today while i experiment…

Taste great and you lose weight fast
Taste great, works well to drop pounds fast, but not very nutritious. Definitely meant for short term. It’s smooth when I mix it in my shaker bottle and doesn’t clump. I actually really love the taste of the vanilla because you can add anything to it and it add flavor. Overall the quality is good but I wish it was more nutritious. Losing the weight fast but also not getting enough protein isn’t very healthy. That’s why I decided to add a scoop of protein powder with superfood in it. If you’re interested, it’s the Orgain organic protein powder with 50 superfoods vanilla flavor.

The vanilla flavor is one of my favorites, and I love it! This powder is my go to above any other. I usually make a shake in the morning before heading to class and it’ll ease my hunger in the morning. Greatly recommend!!!

Delicious, Nutritious Meal or Snack!
Due to medical issues, I often have little to no appetite. SlimFast powder shakes, made up in the blender, with two cups of ice and fruit, has been a lifesaver! Indeed, the vanilla by itself is a tasty dessert.Sure, it’s not meant to be a meal on the go, like the bottled variety, but it’s a lot more delicious. And fresh from the blender, it’s better (to and for me) than a real milkshake.

This meal replacement isn’t good. It causes frequent trips to the bathroom, which can make a person feel weaker. I’m sure the manufacturer didn’t consider this effect. We’re your loving family, and we’re concerned for you.
