My big oven has not worked for years & I had an Oster countertop oven that worked fine however I had separate air fryer, oven. Dehydrator & the Oster broiler wasn’t great. This double oven is really cool, I am loving the features & am about ready to give up the appliances it is replacing! We air roaster a pork loin on the first use, using the attached thermometer & it was absolutely perfect! With no monitoring or attention from me which is great.The only thing I would change is adding the air fry/roast option for the top oven. One night I wanted to air roast some meat in the bottom & wanted to air fry the veggies in the top but there’s no air fry in the top. For that reason I’m keeping my air fryer but I do love this oven. Also they could have included 2 crumb trays so the (included) one doesn’t have to be moved to whichever oven that is being used.I bought an extra crumb tray from Ninja & the bamboo cutting board that fits on top, from Amazon & feel I have the best setup ever! Performance is perfect & also it cooks or heats, whatever, very fast so it saves time & also less heat in the kitchen. This is a really smart product & you will like it!

I absolutely love this toaster oven/air fryer! It does so many things! They give you a recipe/idea’s book which is very helpful. It cooks very well regardless whether you’re using the top or bottom. It preheats quickly, although I rarely preheat. With only a two person house this cooks the perfect amount of food without having to heat up a big oven! Which is important in Arizona!

I literally unpacked it and started using it 5 mins later. The instructions were super easy and can’t wait to try so many things. The size is perfect for my family and I’m super happy I ordered it! This oven has quickly become my favorite kitchen appliance, and it’s made cooking an absolute joy.Size: The size is one of the things I love most about this oven. I looked at like 6 countertop ovens and this is the biggest I could find. To give you an idea, it can fit two whole chickens in the bottom and around 12 hot dog buns at the top.Ease of Use: How easy is it to use? I don’t know if it could be any easier. Whether I’m toasting bread or baking a pizza, the controls are easy. For toast, you just choose how many slices and the toasting level you want. For pizza, it’s just one button and start, and it even preheats automatically. It really couldn’t be simpler. Also as for cleaning, I haven’t had issues there, the removable attachments makes cleaning easier.Noise Level: The noise level is insanely low. The top section is so quiet that sometimes I have to check if it’s even on! And yep, it’s definitely on. The bottom section is louder, but it’s still quieter than I expected.Attachments: It comes with all the necessary trays, baskets, and even a thermometer if you get that version. The only thing I wish it had was an extra crumb tray. It only comes with one, which I don’t really understand.Food Results: The most important part. As you can see in the pictures, it has giving me great food results. Whole chickens come out juicy and with great color, pizzas are delicious and with no flop, and chocalate chip cookie were soft with melted chocolate. The only slight issue I’ve had so far is with roasted potatoes, they weren’t really crispy, but I might just need to cook them a bit longer.Build Quality and Design: As with other Ninja products, the build quality is excellent. I’m confident it will last a long time. Plus, it looks great in the kitchen, it’s very nice to look at and it modernizes the kitchen.Overall: I’m really happy with this purchase. I’d definitely recommend it.

Excelente!! Mejor inversión no pude hacer, sin duda lo recomiendo, ha hecho más fácil la elaboración de las comidas en casa, al punto que mi esposo está feliz de usarlo también. Permite que los platillos se realicen más rápido de lo que solían ser, además de que, hemos aprendido a realizar platillos nuevos, uno de nuestros preferidos es el pollo rostizado, mismo que queda listo para comer en un tiempo de 40 minutos. Por otra parte, ya no es necesario utilizar aceite al guisar, y, si se requiere es mínimo lo que se utiliza, como ejemplo, las milanesas que quedan perfectas y solo requieren el mínimo de aceite.

I have attempted many times to get a refund but Amazon comment keeps appearing saying I am not eligible gif a refund!!! Daylight robbery when the fault is of the seller.I also contacted seller and they advised to use a converter as tge item is US product 110/120vI have tried several and different plug sockets of mine yet it still is not workingI live in Dubai & bought a relevant Transformer for the appliance 110/120v (US) – 210/220v (Dubai) as advised by a qualified electrician and if still did not work.It’s a shame as the appliance looks good, a great capacity for what i required.

This toaster-oven-air fryer is really nice. I had a few other oven like this from other manufacturers and none of them produced the quality of toast this one is producing! The dual oven setting is really great and make usage is perfect. The air fryer is big and convenient and produce crispy food. The warmup is pretty fast. Operating the oven is a little bit confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it is pretty straightforward.The cons :It could be a little larger as a 13 inches pizza sheet pan won’t fit in. Also, it is alittle noisy compared to others I had. The lower oven could have 2 more height setting for the rack for better convenience.So I really recommend this oven, the best I’ve owned up to now.
