Good chair for the price. Only issue I have experienced is one of the screws that holds the arm in place backs out and needs to be retightened every two weeks.

I was so excited about this chair and thought that I got a good deal on the item but my mind quickly changed after two days using this unit.The good -looks greatproperly weighted and stableeasy to put togetherThe bad -Seat cushion padding almost non-existent. After 10 minutes it feels like sitting on the floor. Also, there are cupped sides that are also not well padded and unless you sit with your legs perfectly straight in front of you, the metal inside these side pieces dig in to you. I have bruises on outsides of both of my thighs from this digging in to me while seated. If the seat was a bit wider then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue, but the unit is quite small and the side panels offer virtually no cushion from the metal framing. I am a 204 lb, 6’2″ male and this may not be an issue for someone smaller, but for people larger than me, this chair would likely be unusable.I’m so glad that I found this unit at a deeply discounted price because the full price (which it is now as I’m writing this review) would be way overpriced for the quality and value of this chair.If you are a small person, you may like this chair as the small seat and lack of padding may not be at issue, but for a human-sized adult this item is not worth the price, even at the steep discount that I paid. I will be donating this chair to Goodwill as soon as I can find something that is comfortable and doesn’t cause bruising with normal use.

Bought for my 60 year old husband. This is what he says:”The adjustable armrest is amazing! No more sore elbows and shoulders. The height adjust cylinder is rock solid! The chair is comfortable, good looking, and so far very durable. Have run a 22 hour game session. Zero complaints.”I can attest to his comments… This old man has not had a single negative thing to say on this chair. It was worth every penny. My Son in Law who is in IT and a serious gamer also loves these chairs.

The chair is comfortable and the speaker sound Is not bad. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that for some reason the right speaker keeps cutting out and then I have to unplug the plug and plug it back in and then it comes back on. I can’t figure out what’s going on with that. I haven’t tried calling customer service yet but I will.
