Don’t waste your money!
Used it for a couple weeks and its malfunctioning. Starts to sputter then cuts off. Have to push the button numerous times for it to start again. It’ll work for a minute then cuts off again. I can still return it but the closest location for me to return it is 25 miles away. Not worth the time and gas to return it for what I paid. Just gonna suck it up as a loss and not recommended their products.

I purchased (5) of these for Christmas/stocking stuffer last year. I went to my son’s apartment tonight and he wanted Oreo cookie blizzards. I looked through his cupboards and found the immersion still in the box!!! I took it out and used it… I told him I want one for Christmas now!! It is really a nice kitchen piece… and the added attachments are a great bonus. The chopper would be excellent for pickles, onions, eggs, celery, nuts etc. The frother would be quick and easy for coffee creamer in the mornings. The unit is not bulky or clunky. The attachment are easy to switch out and easy to clean up… no hard to reach crevices or angles – fast to wash and rinse. I like the maroon color.

Died After 5 Months, Seller Did Send Replacement
I received this blender in February of 2025. I used it five or six times to make soup. It is now August and I took it out again to make something. It died part way through. I contacted the company that sold it on Amazon, and they asked for my order number. I provided the number, but then they asked for a screenshot showing the order, which I provided. They asked if I tried another outlet, which I had, so I said yes. I also told them that other things in the first outlet work, so it isn’t the outlet. They then asked for a video of me demonstrating that the item doesn’t work, but that other things work in the outlet. SERIOUSLY?! I am not lying, I asked the guy why don’t you just send me a return label, I’ll ship it back to you and you can test it and see for yourself that IT DOENS’T WORK. He told me they would get back to me in a couple days. Great. Guess I’ll just buy another blender right now in the mean time (not this brand). It’s BS that this thing didn’t even last six months. Good grief!8/15/25 Update: the seller did send me a replacement blender. I do appreciate that. I purchased another one in the mean time, So I guess I will have two, which could be good if one dies in the midst of food preparation.

Super practical with tons of uses!
First off, this is a solid unit. It’s not cheap feeling or flimsy plastic, but sturdy and strong. The motor and blades are powerful, no issues blending frozen strawberries, and I love that it has 12 speed settings plus a turbo option. It makes a little noise, but nothing too loud or unpleasant. Played around with the attachments out of the box, it’s pretty easy to click the different pieces together to switch functions. And there sure are a lot of functions! :O Comes with a handy manual that has a lot of info on how to use, clean, and take care of the device. Make sure you don’t submerge the body or the “hub” parts under water (all talked about in the manual), luckily these pieces are pretty simple to just wipe clean without much effort.The main reason I got this was to make smoothies and milkshakes, so I tested this out almost immediately by making a strawberry banana smoothie in the included mixing cup. It easily pulsed through my ingredients (including some frozen strawberries) with gentle up and down immersion action, mmmm, delicious! I’m going to save a lot of money on smoothies. The whisk and frother are really nice quality for baking and creating latte foam, and I can’t wait to use the chopper to help grind meats with spices. There are so many uses to this thing, I can even make my own baby food! It was really easy to go to the site and enter my information to get the warranty, I didn’t have any problems whatsoever. I have a feeling I’ll be using this in my kitchen for years and years to come
