Works great.
My headset broke. My boss was ordering a new one but I knew it would take awhile to get so I checked on Amazon for something that might work. I liked the look of this headset and it’s the same brand as my work headset. I got them in real quick. They work great and they replaced a headset that cost $300. I was shocked when I found out how much work is paying for these headsets they are not worth it. This headset does great and it’s $45.

Quality product.
Jabra makes good quality products. My work gave me the original version during COVID and they still work well, but since I am working a hybrid schedule, I thought it would be best to have a pair at home and a pair at work, so I don’t have to keep bringing the work pair home. These work well.

Comfortable and great sound quality
Sound quality is excellent. I have no problems setting up to computer and connecting to TEAMS. Cord length is great. I enjoy having the call and volume button attached to cord. Even though the earphones are foam they are comfortable on the ears for extended amounts of time.

O.K. Basic headset that gets the job done.
I was looking for a basic headset to use for meetings and webinars on my computer, so I gave this one a try. I found it to be O.K. – not great. but not bad. It is a basic headset. The headset is fairly light and the earphones sit on the ear but are not over the ear encompassing sound like some headsets. The boom microphone swivels up and down, but you cannot adjust placement any closer or further away. The headset connects via a USB connection, with a puck halfway down the wire that controls volume, and can pick up or hang up on calls through your device.Be careful about the connection you purchase. The ones I have uses a USB-A connection. USB-C versions are also available. I tried using a USB-A to USB-C adapter to try with another computer, but it did not like the adaptor and did not work. So make sure you purchase for what kind of connector you need.Overall I found the headset comfortable to wear for a long meeting. I was disappointed by the sound though. I was in a quiet office trying them and had the volume up 3/4 of the way and found the sound quiet. I think if I was in a noisy environment they could be more difficult to hear, especially with the design that the earphones sit on but not really over the ears. The microphone worked fine when I used it for dictation to voice recognition programs, but in a meeting I was told that I sounded a bit more muddy and softer. Your results may vary. Personally I was not enamored with the control puck and found that it would be pulled off the desk very easily as I worked and I did not find a happy medium yet for it. Overall O.K. headset for the price. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it if you need to be on the headset all the time, but for occasional use, they are not bad for the price.
