Great for the money
easy to put together probably only took me 20 minutes with the tools provided. came with white cloth gloves and everything was packaged nicely. comfortable and ergonomic. all metal base is nice and feels sturdy. rolls with ease on carpet and Vinal flooring. perfect for anyone around 6ft . Back support is adjustable and nice

Great chair, easy to assemble, and is comfortable overall.
Set up was very simple the screws are set up to be installed in one part of the assembly. So you open the screw pack when you are putting one part together.Someone mentioned in the videos that the cushion is a little thin after sitting in the chair for several hours. Sadly I find that is true ;with me as well. I have placed additional padding to make the chair more comfortable to me. But I weigh over 200 pounds and someone of less weight might not need the extra cushioning.

Great price, good value, but basic
For the price, pretty good, but still not great. Chair has a lot of features but still feels very basic. The seat doesn’t have near enough cushioning but the chair doesn’t take up a lot of space, and is still roomy to sit in. If you need a basic chair and have a small budget, this is a good choice. If you need something for all-day use, spend a couple hundred more and get a chair intended for all-day use and comfort.

Terrible chair, don’t buy
The product advertises that its frame is made of metal, but it’s plastic. That’s not an opinion or preference issue, the frame connecting the headrest, back, armrests, and seat are plastic. The armrests are very wobbly and they’re preassembled so it’s not an issue of me not putting the chair together properly.The headrest provides no support because the plastic frame (advertised as metal) just bends before the mesh covering is able to contour.The lies in the product description and the loose armrests make me seriously doubt this chair would last even a year before needing to be replaced, so I’m just going to disassemble and return it. Don’t buy this chair.

Good price but some of the complaints are true.
Hi agonized over a new office chair to buy as I work from home two days a week. I wanted something that was comfortable with adjustable arms, a lumbar support and a Headrest. It was easy to assemble. It came in a very compact box that was damaged. This didn’t seem to impact the chair at all there was an indent in the memory foam because of the way it was packed as stated by others. I had the chair now close to three weeks and dent is still there that seems like a packaging floor. The chair is comfortable and does everything that it says it will do I’ve said others that have a nicer foam on the base that are slightly more comfortable, but that said this is not uncomfortable, and if you’re on a budget, it’s a great chair.
