Perfect for Macarons!
I have used these several times, and they are great every single time. I normally fill the smaller circle and then hit a table to disperse into the bigger circle. They don’t stick and are extremely easy to clean. They are not thick, so they are easy to roll up and store. Measurements are accurate and color is just like the pictures. I have used these to bake other cookies as well and have no issues. It helps in having consistent sizing.

I bought these to replace my brand name silicone mats that I’ve used for 20+ years. These seem to be of the same quality at quite a lower price. So far, they’ve performed well – I bake a lot of pastries and muffins. They fit my baking pans perfectly and let me remove my baked goods easily. So far, a simple wipe with a damp sponge or washrag keeps them clean.

These things are amazing! I’m a big fan of parchment paper, but these have that beat hands down. They’re easy to use and super easy to clean up. They work so well that very rarely do I have to wash the baking sheet underneath. I have what I thought were 2 identical-sized sheets, but when I went to use these, I found one pan was slightly smaller than the other. Despite the silicone mat being bigger than the sheet, it molded nicely to the underlying shape. They have a nice weight to them, and they seem to be of good quality, like they’ll last for years. They’d be a great gift for anyone who bakes anything. I wish I would have known about them sooner!

Easy and so worth it!
I use these all the time. Mainly got them because I worry about baking sheet paper being in the oven when baking at 425F. Easy to use and clean in the sink, now that we have a dishwasher I’ll just throw them in there if I made something with oil as an ingredient. Still look very good. Slap right onto the pan and don’t slide around. Size is perfect, great quality. Perfect thickness.

I’ve been using these silicone mats in my electric smoker, and they’ve been perfect for smoking salmon. The fish doesn’t stick at all, and cleanup is way easier than using foil or trays.They fit nicely and hold up well to heat without warping. I’ve reused them multiple times already with no issues. For the price, you really can’t go wrong—simple, effective, and does exactly what it should.
