So far, so good. The product was shipped in a container that protected it from damage, the installation/setup was a breeeze, it worked when fired up, and I didn’t even have to set it up as the 2nd monitor, the pc recognized it once it was plugged in. Seems great so far.

Great 27″ monitor for the price, Except!
Excellent monitor for my home office and internet needs. LG support had the LFSwitch software available for download and it has all of the settings to adjust brightness, sharpness, and contrast to make the screen what you want.Unfortunately, when I went to turn on my computer on the third day, the monitor did not turn on. I tried holding down the power switch, checked that all connections were tight, and still, it would not turn on. I then re-attached my old monitor that I wanted to upgrade from and immediately had a screen, so I knew that it was not my graphics card that died, but the LG monitor did. I returned it yesterday and replaced it with a Samsung Monitor in the same price range and the screen clarity and brightness were much better and the screen edges on both sides were not a little dull like they were on the LG (when it was working). Bottom line, Samsung is a much better monitor for the money and maybe that is why all 6 of my TV sets are Samsung!!

This screen is exactly what I was looking for. It’s super slim, easy to assemble and the image is super clear. If I had to find something to complain about I would say that the cable is a bit short and I need an extension cord to be able to plug it on the wall, even though my desk is right next to the screen. The cable is 53″, the shortest I have ever had tbh.

Bought on sale for $90. definitely not worth the original price of $200.First of all.- The build/material is low quality.. literally hollowed plastic.. u can look at the wiring through the back- the colours are washed. The black looks ash grey..-Isn’t true HDR even though it claims to be..more like an oversaturated filter than HDR tbh.- The interface is cheap with cringy sounds makes it feel like its from some random factory in china.-The embedded LG logo is cheap..Many who aren’t detailed oriented will miss these details. The photo on the left is my Real LG monitor with true HDR. There It’s good if you want something mid. But this gotta be a replica..
