Lasted 2 1/2 years
Chair was comfortable enough but after 2 years of use, the bracket under the chair began to crack, causing the seat to tilt forward. My husband reversed the bracket in an effort to save the chair, but another 6 months and it cracked completely. Used 3-5 days per week.

good supporting chair in these pandemic times
I bought this chair to replace one of my old high back chair since I need better back support and better control for my height and foot rest in these covid19 pandemic timesI didn’t have much trouble assembling the chair myself either except that there was an extra height adjustment piece that was in the package which I struggled initially to see if I missed anything in the instructions.The height adjustment and the level it reaches is good enough though I expected a bit more.The foot rest ring is really cool. Sometimes when I want to rest my foot differently it helps me with that.The handle and the lifting of the handles helps sometimes though it makes little annoying many timesThe cushion at the base is not that great but good enoughThe handle cushion is not good at all.The lumbar support helps most of the times but pay attention to the posture since it hurts if you don’t rest correctly.Overall a good chair and value for money

Overall, not bad
Honestly, this is a great chair. Very comfortable and easy to assemble. My only issue with it is that I’ve had it for not even 4 months and the piston that maintains and changes the height of the seat has worn out and so randomly, the seat with just sink down to the lowest setting and I need to get off the chair to readjust to the appropriate height. Interrupts my work day but no too bad. I’ll be looking for a replacement. Wish this had lasted longer.

Butt Numbing Fail
The massage unit works and it assembles easy. As for the rest, if you want a butt numbing experience that ensures perfect posture or a slight lean forward with a pedestal that fails on the first day, this is the chair for you! When you first get the chair and rest the buttocks on the cushion, immediately you’ll think you’re sitting on a board and then it starts to soften up and eventually will make your butt and legs numb. After several hours, I went from sitting at mid extension height to lowest settings. Since my butt and legs were numb, I thought they were also shrinking but that wasn’t the case. The damper has failed almost completely. I’ll raise and when you sit on it, it lowers to the bottom automatically. Back tilt is oddly arched. If I sit back fully in the chair (fully lowered automatically), feels like I’m trying to force my bellybutton in front of my knees. Maybe over time, the mesh backing will stretch a bit and allow for normal posture. On the bright side, I’m getting a good glute work out flexing them in order to get blood and sensation to return. When the damper worked, it extended quite well. Disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised….wait, spoke too soon
****latest update: I emailed the company, and they sent a replacement seat bracket and gas lift for free. Unfortunately it was the wrong one. I emailed to let them know and they didn’t respond, but I got a shipping notification from FedEx from the same place, so I figured it was the correct bracket. However, they have actually sent me an entirely new chair! I’m impressed. I’ve updated to 5 stars because of the customer service. We’ll see how this chair holds up.***Update: after just about 1 month of light usage, the hydraulic lift seems to be failing. The chair randomly lowers itself to it’s lowest setting. And the seat is leaning over to one side. We assembled it properly, and do not exceed the weight limit, so I’m not sure what the problem is. I’ve contacted the company, so we’ll see what they are willing to do about it.This chair seemed like exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to take a risk, even after reading the poorly translated description. I was fully expecting it to be a piece of junk, but decided to give it a shot because the price was right. I was very pleasantly surprised. It is well built and sturdy. Much wider seat than I was expecting. It’s a little shorter than my old chair, but that’s okay. I just lowered the desk a bit. I love the adjustable lumbar support. I have a small work space, so the fold up arms are a great feature. The only thing I would add if I could, would be locking casters.

Good chair, might smash your fingers.
Good, comfy chair, but I ran into a problem with adjusting the height on it while you’re using it. That round bar in the center lines up with the pedal to adjust the height, but the pedal overshoots it when it’s fully descended, and if it’s descending, it will sandwich your hand pretty hard between the pedal and bar which hurt like the dickens. Not sure if I’m explaining it clearly, but seems like a pretty big design flaw. Good chair, but watch your fingers…

Very versible chair and comfortable
Easy to assemble and very functional. I use a sit stand desk at home so i got this for my home office. This chair adjust from normal desk height to drafting table height. I love it so much I had my office order one for my work office which also has a sit stand desk.

For $80, what more could you ask for?
My company graciously offered to suit me up with an entire work-from-home solution of my choosing. I spent most of my budget on the motorized standing desk and thought maybe I could just use my original task chair. I was already accustomed to having a stool at the office, so I really missed being able to stand up and sit down without having to reconfigure the desk. I’m 5’6″ and I’ve used this drafting chair without the rollers to be able to comfortable sit at the lowest height with decent ergonomics while having it at the highest position and use it to lean / sit on during standing sessions.Overall, the quality is what you’d expect from a budget chair. But my husband and I both use it everyday and he weighs around 165lbs. It’s holding up but the padding has completely flattened. I don’t mind that. Interestingly, I can sit crossfoot on the seat pad due to its sheer size.After having it for about 2 months, the hydraulics seem fine. I haven’t ran into any issues other have mentioned — luckily.

In a range of 1-10 most of the time while assembling this chair I felt that a 10 plus was in order. The screws had loctite on them. Are you kidding me, nobody does that, they usuall leave us to forgo an essential ingredient when tightening things up. The protective packaging was hand tight not requiring anything that would draw blood. The instructions were black and white drawings that were informative. The tool for installing had the correct length and leverage to ensure the correct torque would/could be applied. The bolt heads that are not visible have caps available to clean things up. Just an example of how well this chair has been designed and built. I did have one problem and that was one of the wheel sockets had been slightly compressed and required that I clamp the wheel axle into place. This chair is so comfortable that while I was testing it for comfort I started to nod off. I fully expect this chair to aid in producing an enjoyable experience while at my work station.

I bought this chair for my job, it serves me about 10-20 hours a week, and I use it 100% at its maximum height. I usually work standing up and only sit for a few minutes an hour. I like the fact that this chair has a footrest. The chair turns smoothly, and the arms are easily raised. The back support is relatively average but not uncomfortable. The casters work well.
