Good unit
After 3 months of use, still works great. I really like that it comes with a cigarette lighter plug so I can take it on the run. If you read the instructions, everything functions as designed. It’s not a full refrigeration unit, so it’s not going to cool like one, but it does keep things chilled. If you are looking for a small refrigerator, this isn’t the unit for you. If you need something to keep things cool, it does this well. Maintain realistic expectations and you will be satisfied.

This product is terrible. It didn’t get very cold then completely shut down a week later. Charged me $15 for damage fee. I didn’t damage anything it is a piece of junk. This product has been returned by mistake people. I requested AMAZON take it down. And how to I protest the $15 stolen from me! It made me rate a give 1 star. It deserves no star

I bought as a father’s day gift. We got it set to the temperature and it took a while to cool, and then got too cold and formed ice. We turned it down a bit and have it set where the ice doesn’t form anymore, yet keeps things cool. I like that it is lightweight and portable, has a handle on top, and a plug or adapter to use. Would be a better value to get a dorm fridge at a back to school sale compared to this if just using at home.

It’s ok but has its limits
I will start off by saying that I do like the fridge. I have had it for a few weeks now and it will definitely keep my drinks cool and It runs pretty quiet.Pros:1 I’ve seen some other units out there that are very noisy and this one is not.2 It’s lightweight and can be carried around easily; just make sure it is empty first3 It does work well when run on DC though it is much slower to cool down. (I would advise to run it on AC before using it on DC)4 It is very simple to operate5 It looks nice and has an internal backlight that is helpful in a dark room.There are some issues though, so I can’t give it a 5-star rating.1. You can’t load the fridge to full capacity. I’ve tried to do so several times and each time I do the cooling motor/fan will freeze up.2. You can’t turn the temperature below 40F. Doing so causes the same issue. I set it to 40f – 42F and that works fine for me.3. The door does not seal well so it tends to open easily if things shift around inside.4 The interior seals are not very good either. Within hours of turning it on I had condensation build up between the door glass. It will go away if I let it unplugged for a few days. But I bought this to constantly run. We will have to see if other issues develop.Overall a very nice product. If you want it for a dorm room or a home bedroom/office this will probably work for you.

Doesn’t cool as per documentation
I purchased this to keep a few bottles of red wine at steady temp. I already had read reviews that it doesn’t cool to the lowest temperature which is fine for me. However, what I found was this will not cool below 60 degrees. The documentation plainly states: “The unit cools 20-28 F below rooms ambient temperature depending upon environment.”Currently, the ambient temp in my kitchen is around 70-72 degrees which means it should cool to at least 50 degrees. Since it is only cooling to 60 it is only cooling about 12 degrees below ambient. For me I decided to keep. I did see that this was an item that was returned frequently. I choose to keep it as it keeps my red wine chilled to a reasonable temp.If you are looking for something cooling below 60 degrees, I suggest other alternatives. If I were purchasing again, I would avoid this model. I don’t think I would like this as a portable cooler either for picnics or camping.Additionally, you “can” put four bottles of wine in it if they are skinny bottles. So, I settle for three bottles so the fit well. Otherwise, the two front bottles will hang over the front edge and tip forward. When opening the door be aware as you don’t want to break a bottle as it falls out. I would NOT recommend.

Quiet and spacious but not cold enough
I wanted this so much to be a good buy, but overall I’m disappointed. Despite the claim to cool to 38 degrees, the unit’s range is between 46 and 65 deg F. 46 is certainly not cool enough for my taste, and for the life of me I don’t know why anyone would ever need a fridge to be warmer up to 65! For the cost and name recognition, I expected better.Note: manual says the temp inside doesn’t necessarily reflect the temp displayed. What a disclaimer!

I purchased this Frigidaire mini fridge expecting reliable quality from a brand with such a strong reputation, but I was very disappointed. When the product arrived, the box showed clear signs of being a return—there were old shipping plastic envelopes still attached. Receiving what appeared to be a used item instead of a brand-new product was the first red flag.I decided to give the fridge a fair chance and tested it for a few days. Unfortunately, it completely failed to keep my drinks cold. This basic function should not be an issue for a brand like Frigidaire. Adding to my frustration, I had to pay $35 out of pocket to return the item by mail.This experience has left me questioning the quality control of both Frigidaire and this particular seller on Amazon. It’s disappointing to see a trusted brand associated with such poor performance. I strongly urge Amazon to evaluate this vendor’s practices, especially since so many other customers have expressed similar concerns. With over 30% of reviews rated 2 stars or lower, the issues seem to be consistent.I will also be contacting Amazon to request a refund for the $35 I had to spend on returning this defective product.
